Sutherz got it all in one post! For me, my confidence grew loads at Epcot. In Merchandise, I had so much contact with people, and it's also like everyone you meet wants to know about you. The guests are fascinated by what we can tell them about home etc. Money was a bit touch and go at times, but the free park entry, cheaper prices and so forth helped out a lot. Dan
