What will everyone miss the most.......??

brendan (who recently dumped me) was a new bloke aswell. my first boyfriend Neil i was with him for 4 years and he broke my heart. I never thought i could find another nice person and i met Brendan...But then he dumped me cos of Disney. I have even contemplated not going to disney because i had fallen in love with Brendan BUT like u this is something i have wanted to do forever!! and so im definately going Disney...Remember what will be will be and everything happens for a reason. It could be better for me to be single anyway! Not always having to ring home and i can meet anyone and not worry about jealousy. But i sure will miss companionship. I miss that the most. It sucks no one can visit us in our rooms too.

I'm going out on the 6th June for the Summer on the College Prog. When and what are you doing at Disney??

And for all of you in relationships................
if its meant to be then you can last without seeing each other. I've been with my fiance for 5 1/2 years, and we've been seperated for a large portion of that time - he went away to uni, and we both did summer camps for two summers. It makes the relationship stronger more than anything and you dont take each other for granted. It also allows you to do things on your own and makes you a stronger person.

I start May 25, (Soon!) and I'm going to be in Operations. I know what you mean when you say if its meant we can last, were going to have to see where things take us and how it turn out. I'm just going to have to see how things turn out. Hey I'm going to Disney!

 

For all those in relationships that will turn into the (ugh) dreaded long-distance relationship, what Sarah said is definitely true! A long-distance relationship is a brutal test, but if you get through it, it's a huge thing of pride and you should give yourself a huge congrats for having, and being, a fabulous boyfriend/girlfriend!

Anyway, I finally decided that I'm going to miss Captain Sub when I'm in Florida. Being Canadian, most of the stuff we have up here is also down there!

however, I completey emphasize with the Brits talking about chocolate. It IS so much better in Europe... My friends and I went shopping in an outlet mall in Livingston (Scotland) last weekend and discovered a CADBURY CHOCOLATE FACTORY OUTLET. Why ever this is not listed in every single guide book I have NO idea.

It does not help that my relationship is already long-distance, we live 1 1/2 hours away from each other.

Anyways I just found out another thing I'm going to miss... My job here at home. I just talked to my boss and there now saying that they are not going to let me come back to my same wage when I get back from Florida. There is also a chance that there will not be any opening for me to get my job back! This all kinda sucks, I worked hard for my raises. :-\

 

My boyfriend and I are breaking up because of the Disney program as well.... So you are not alone. We've been together just over a year but both feel it's best this way. We're both at a transition stage and it really won't work. The bf before that I was together with for 6 years..... it will be interesting to be single again.


What am I gonna miss the most? Having my own room I think. I am gonna have to learn to keep my room clean as to not piss off the roommate.... not something I am used to.

 

my room is a mess here, but i've promised myself that i have to look after my disney room!! ;D

i will miss my family!!!! my doggie moby!!!!!! my teddys........

I'm not doing too bad.... it's going to be a long summer... and it's been a long time since I have been single for more then a few weeks.  I've decided to look at it as an opertunity to get to know myself a little better and to have some fun.  Although I am sure it will hit me when there is more distance between me and everything else...Ah well.  The point of missing things is so that you have a reason to go back.  Otherwise I'd just try to live at Disney forever.

I'll miss:
-Norwegian Dairy products (milk, cheese, etc)
-Norwegian fish (best, most fishy fish in the world)
-Diesel jeans and jeans that aren't 10cm too short
-Snow (but not so much, I LOVE Florida weather)
-Phoebe, my Golden Retriever
-Grandma's moose steak (shot by uncle) and sauce
-Crappy Norwegian dance music
-Going to Sweden for cheap alcohol (though US is cheaper, its not the price, its the feeling)

But right now I miss Florida more than anything else!!!!

i'm going to miss my boy the most i think. he may be going to africa(zambia), ukraine or mexico before i leave for florida!!
just knowing he isn't at home will be hard.
