I know people who were in wellness and the roommates still had parties. The party apt. just depends on your roommates. You'll be much better off NOT in a wellness if you are an overager. You don't want to get termed for drinking, if you are over 21!

i know that this as nothign to do with me becaus ei am 21 now, but honestly people, i am sorry to be a drag, but it is a little stupid to even try and risk it, there is not point and i mean come on, we are down there to work and yeah have fun but were at dinsey. It is not all about goign out and getting smashed everynite, if you can't take not drinking then do you really want this job, wait it out till you get home, not a good thing to have on your record that you wre caught drinking under age and that is why you wre fired, because after knowing the rules you go out and break them, how responsible.

Sorry to be a bitch, but i am really not, hahha ,, honestly, i just want everyone to go down and have a fun time, wait till your 21 and if your not gonna be 21 while you are out there, there are plenty of other good things to give you the same kind of fun down there,

I know you're all gonna feel different when you get out there. Everybody drinks there, its just the way it is! I know people that would never drink before they came and turned into the biggest drinkers imaginable! But just wait and see, its just too hard to explain in a way you can relate to unless you've been there.

oh i am not saying that, all i am saying is that for those of you under age, why risk it to have it on a record, it is just drinking, i love it though to, it would be so hard for me to give it up , i know that for sure

I actually waited to apply until I would be old enough to drink there (although it was timed with the end of university anyway)... I'm not a huge drunk or anything, but I've worked at places before where I was the only person under age and I def missed out on nights out and thus getting to know my co-workers better. Frankly, I didn't want to go through that again! However, I guess I didn't realise how many people would be underage - I don't think it would have been that big of a deal.

just to answer...if your overage and in a wellness apartment you have to sign a contract to say that you won't have alcohol in the apartment. i'm not in a wellness apartment though.

and the apartments are big...doesn't really matter on the size! i'm in a 6 - 3 hong kong girls, 3 uk and it works fine! x

Alright I have a sort-of funny story about a party that went on here at Chatham the other night. There was a red party (some of you may of got the flyers under your doors) and it was hosted by two different apartments. Well security came to break up the party for what ever reason and they found out about all the under age drinking and 30 people got kicked out of the program. Every one in the two apartments that threw the party and a bunch of underage drinkers.

So be careful at big parties if you going to drink, I recommend just drinking in small groups.

I'm a Mexican baby for you. I'm 18, i'm overage here and a love (with emphasis on LOVE) mexican booze. And even tho I drink in all the parties I go to, don't think that's something you need to have good healthy and lots of fun. So think I can resist one year w/o alcohol.

how did they manage to take off 30 person at one time off the program ? lol nobody though of hiding when the security came ?? or they seek for under age drinker throught all the appartment?! lol

thats kind of scary !, i dont want to be kick out because of under age drinkers if i organize a party ( even though im under age ... but no drinking ... understand ? lol)

Ya its going to be interesting trowing parties. I'm not sure how they managed to get 30 people but my guess is they checked ID's at the door as they were telling people to leave.

Technically, you aren't allowed to have big parties...so that's what would have got the people in the two apartments in trouble. The underagers must have been falling down drunk.
