wat is everyone gonna miss????

I'm guessing you guys are mostly from the UK, so I thought I'd try and reassure you. I'm from Canada, but I've been to the states a bunch of times and I'm 90% sure they have Heinz baked beans and Hellman's mayo. And I never noticed that they didn't have Cadbury's chocolate, so I think they might- we have it here in Canada, and I'm pretty sure you can buy mini eggs and cream eggs and the like in the US right now. So don't worry, you may not have to miss those things after all!

Thats really sweet of you... when do u fly out? What are u going to miss most from Canada?

I lived in New York state last year Ur right about the cadburys... except its not real unfortunately! Cadburys liscenced their name out and its actually says on the back made by Hersheys and doesnt taste like the real thing - which comes from birmingham.
Can't remember about the beans and mayo i definately saw them in the international supermarket but not sure about if they'll be in Wal Mart.

I'm gonna miss my best buddies from my home town and close by...

we all have to move on at some point though, and disney is an amazing opportunity

Aside from the obvious, family and friends, there are 2 things that I think I will miss the most....
1) Paying with my debit card. I rarely carry cash and I don't like building a balance on my credit card. Paying by debit just hasn't caught on in the US the way it has in Canada.
2) I think I will miss having snow around Christmas. As much as I've been cursing the snow, Christmas is gonna be weird.

haha yeah christmas will seem so strange with no snow or extreem weather. it will also seem odd working christmas day! but in a good way! imagine working in DISNEYWORLD for christmas...best pressie ever!haha

that's what I keep saying! On christmas day we'll be working in the happiest place on earth!!! ;D so who cares if it's christmas day!!
And I won't be at home with my bickering family (they're alright every other day of the year don't get me wrong but at christmas!?!?! I don't know what happens to them! lol)

 

oh and by the way Canada sounds better and better everytime I hear about it! I was supposed to be going to vancouver with my mate who's from there in may but i'm saving up for going to disney now!

if i hadn't of got in to disney, it was my plan to go and work in canada for a year! pretty random, but its seems like a cool place, was gonna do the bunac programme. If i've still got the travelling bug after disney, might do it then!

I might do the canada bunac thing too after disney... that was my back up for i didnt get into disney this time! I like it that u can take any job there...
It sucks the america bunac programme is only for college students.

Oh... can't believe I forgot about that, Halifax, I'm gonna miss my Canadian beer!!!!! The American stuff just isn't as good. Had an imported Molson Canadian while I was in Atlanta. Definately not the same and I had to pay more cause it was an import.
