yeh of course u will...

however wen u arrive because u are under 21 u will be placed in a wellness apartment, which means no alcohol allowed in ur room, even when u turn 21. you could probably ask to be moved into an over 21 apartment wen u turn 21, if being able to have a drink at home is important to you.
