UK phone interviews this week!!!

Eeeek got mine 2moro, and ive just had my wisdom tooth out, and my mouth is all swallon and i sound all lispy and silly!

Mine is tomorrow is 12.30 so maybe just after you Kirbie? You guys who've had it must be sooo relieved, I reckon I'll be nervous tomorrow....

I wish mine was over lol! Mpark, I also have dentist work going on this week but luckily I have my interview next week. But I've never known anyones mouth to be swollen more than a night so I wouldn't worry at all Good luck to everyone who has theirs tomorrow! I have a whole week to wait- doh!

Well i had my telephone interview this morning,
i think it went well and lasted 20 mins,
due to me waffling on i think!
When they ask "have you any questions"
i said no! infact i forgot to ask about the pay!
Does anyone know how much the pay is?
i think its $3.38 tipped postion
and $6.68 normal,
that dosnt seem that much to me?
$3.38 is about £1.60 in pounds,i suppose you can make alot in
tips if you are good at youre job!Do you get food included with the accomodation?
Oh why didnt i ask.

 

Hey Daz I'm new to all this too, but from what I've read the tipped positions are paid less because you earn so much from tips And the pay may seem low, but everything costs much less over there so really it would be like being paid £6/£3 an hour over here

well its all over and in the hands of Michele (and the gods now) It went sort of OK
to be honest it was all such a blur, my adrenaline was running high and my voice was shakey. I was so prepared and it went to pot !!!!!!!!!!

I am just gonna relax now - I have a weeks holiday with the girls next week so will have fun, drink and party and hope I return to good news.

Good luck to those who have the interview over the next week - I dont think its really that bad, just relax (unlike me)

ahhhh mine's in like 4 and a half hours, and to be fair, i'm starting to brick it! haha. well done to everyone who has done theirs so far, sounds like you've all done great!

 

I've only got like 2 and a half hours to go!! uh oh!
But on the brighter side, i'm sure we will all do fine, and just have to wait for those f2f emails to come thru!!

Just had my interview. Basiclly had the same questions as everyone else had.

I got my words mixed up when i was 1stly asked why i want to do the program becuase i was sooooo nervous but after that i felt i answered quite well and Hannah was saying ''excelent'' after each answer i was giving.

try not to memorise what ever you write as reminders as i felt i answered better when it comes from the heart

Oooooh ive just had mine!!! Im all excited and hyper now, i think i may explode!!
It went really well, Hannah asked me like 5 or 6 questions!! I was prepared for all of them tho so hopefully she didn't just hear the craziness in my voice!!

So the countdown begins for another 3 weeks!!

 

Ok, so I got off the phone about half an hour ago from the interview, I was talking for like 20 minutes and it was gone just like that!
I'm sure I talked a complete load of rubbish, but I did get some good comments from Hannah who did my interview.
I got pretty much the same questions; why do you want to work for Disney, what is your customer service experience, how will you deal with the heat and living with other people. Then I was asked to describe a time when I had dealt with a difficult situation effectively.... wasn't prepared for that, but I think it went ok - I hope.
Now we wait again I guess.

Yea mine was 12.15, i rushed home at 12 on my lunch break so i could get some piece and quiet but my mum doesn't seem to know what sssshhhhhhh means lol
It's gona be hard for them to choose people for the next stage, everyone's seemed to have gone really well!

 

phew! mine's over now. hannah seemed really nice and helpful when i was a bit unsure of things. she asked me pretty much everything that's been on here like why i want to do it, when i could start, what post i would be looking at, if i can handle the heat and living with other people, what i could tell people about penarth and that's about it. good luck to everyone else, fingers crossed now for a F2F
