Oh don't worrie i'm a bit worried about the heat too but nealry everywhere inside is air conditioned so should not be too bad!!!

I love american dramas especially Grey's anatomy but we are going to have to get use to having adverts every 10 seconds it's crazy!!

 

I've never heard of IHOP either but as long as they serve actual Maple Syrup and not the fake immitation stuff then its a winner with me. My Disney Pack arrived yesterday exciting times.

Worried about the heat also, but the departure lounge where I work is pretty much a sauna at the moment. The Cheesecake Factory is amazing!! But I'm just wondering if WhiteCastle actually exists? Always see it on Harold and Kumar and it looks so cool lol.

I've worked at McDonalds for over 4 years on and off now and I still haven't eaten the pancakes! Due mostly because they are pretty much the most unhealthiest thing on the menu! Pancakes and Sausage equals something like 23 points on Weight Watchers, whereas a Big Mac is 9 and a Quarter Pounder with Cheese is 11!! The pancakes are just as bad with the syrup! LOL!

 

O..m..g...i had this last year and it was so tasty and humongous i couldnt finish it all! Also the chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake, oooo or the or the white chocolate caramel macadamia nut cheesecake
I want cheesecake now lol!

 

lol oh my guys... give it 3 months and you'll be sick of the junk food..... start getting use to something called RAMEN NOODLES!!!
other tip... befriend canadian servers... some of em come home with a grand in tips.......

 

Befriend ANY servers lol...ours don't come out with a grand...but still a hefty chunk lol.

When you're stood on podium at the height of summer you'll be worried about the heat...I feel for those coming out then hehe. Hopefully I'll be in service by the time it really hots up. Mind you, it's rather toasty at the minute.

LOL Emma Don't forget there are still outside sections! And guests won't want to sit there because it's too hot. I used to hate that restaurant in the summer...outdoor seating in Florida? That's almost as mad as outdoor seating in the UK haha!

And if you're doing UK Merch you'll be doing both the shops and cart

 

I cant wait for a nice tan, i love the heat! Just need to remember lots of suncream.....wooooooo bring on the sun!

 

I'd really like it if someone would sneak me into their suitcases please. I want sun, and sand and Disney and my board back!

Random question......have you guys scanned/e-mailed or faxed a copy of your CRB form to Yummy Jobs? It says in the documents to forward it to Kristen, but isnt she the Canadian rep? Hmmm confused.

 

Oh my gosh, I don't know. Do we have to send a copy of our CRB Certificate to YummyJobs? Once we have received it?

 

It doesent specifically say that we have to in the welcome pack, but in the documents we have on our Yummy Jobs profile it says....

Your Police Clearance must be in at least 30 days before your program arrival date. Failure to do so could cause a delay or cancellation in your program arrival.

on my docs it said that that is your personal copy, they'll send a separate one out to yummy jobs too. That's what happened with my previous one as well. That's basically your own proof of it I think... x x

 

When they rung me about it they said the one we get is just a copy and yummy jobs foward the real one to disney!!

 

Just realised I'm at 150 days...that's a nice round number!!! x x
