Hi guys! Just a quick question for you about the CRP 2008. I applied about a week ago, but the only e-mail I've received since is about a different program altogether (working at WDW and learning at Central Florida Uni). It says: "I know you are interested in the Cultural Representative program, but this is just another option you can do so that you increase your chances of working in America! ...If this is something that interest you, make sure you do the University program first, as you must do the program with in two years of graduation!" I just want to do the CRP, so should I assume they'll still consider me for that, for next year? Haven't received any other kind of confirmation e-mail apart from this :S Hope this makes sense! : )
Yay a fellow student who has a late graduation!! I'm applying next week for October/November 2008 once I've got my exams and essays out of the way. Although my Uni course finishes in May 2008, we don't actually graduate until October! Stupid!

wow you guys are lucky... two different program you are eligible for! there are people on here that dont even get into one! I was actually going to do the university program but due to personal reasons i couldnt. i am so upset about that, what a great chance to work at disney specially as the cultural rep program is insanly hard to get into.
geesh yeh graduations are well late, its such a pain. bet loadsa of people miss theirs cos of that. its a shame cos loads of people end up missing them for that reason. xXx
Yeah I know, I don't want to miss my graduation because you only get to do it once! Never mind, I sent my CV in and they said they'll contact me in September for february interviews so if accepted I'll be leaving right after graduation! xx

I applied March 06 and I'm now going on September 11th. Its taken a frustratingly long time..... . But I know it will be well worth the wait and its now given me loads of time to save loads of money Good Luck everyone and hope to see you over there 8)

well done. again, with the amount of scots o ut there this year too it really is the UK pavillion. And we have red phone boxes too up here. and castles. and pubs. and we also sell our own pringle merchandise. and have harry ramsdens. I'm pretty sure they have a lot of those in wales and northern ireland too so yes, it's the United Kingdom Pavillion (not even british as that would mean no northern ireland after all). same pet peeve. I got it for a year before and got close to tearing out my hair. it gets worse when you're over there too
Woo CRP 2008! I applied about a month ago for December 2008! Sooner if my uni graduation is earlier than November/December...if I was graduating this year I, the ceremony would be on my birthday :-\ weird! So it's taking ages for interviews to come round. I did the J1A last year and applied in November 2005 for February 2006 and found out within 3 weeks! I have a feeling it won't be so quick this time!
What are the "official" start periods? As far as I know they're Fevruary and September, I didn't know we could apply to start in December. That would be great for me becasue I don't graduate until October.
im flyin out on december the 4th-i thought that was th latest start sate-i knw people who didnt want to go in december, so they have to wait until feb whent he next recruitment period starts
