It's not, it's not! Can't cope if it is, my job is really sucky at the moment, thinking it's near is getting me through all the old man smells! I work in an old man by day, football hooligan by night pub just to clear that up! Had an awesome weekend just waiting for the next one now, can't believe it's champions league again tonight, I wouldn't mind but there are no fit football supporters in my town! How was everyone elses weekends? I'm going up to York on saturday- can't wait, drinking games will be involved methinks!

So what's everyones plans this weekend?
I went to see the Illusionist last night and the drink shall be flowing tomorrow and Sunday (as usual)... Should probably do some uni work before all that... but we'll pretend that isn't true!

well i worked friday 9-330pm and then 10pm til 6am sat

went shopping then at about 11-3

came on here

went for meal and just got in hehe

tomorrow im going to pcworld to buy a laptop and thats about it -not hugely exciting!

i got on here thanks to the god that is google

i searched for disney jobs and various combinations and stumbled across here thankfully!

is the illusionist good? im planning on seeing it on tuesday (cheap night at cinema hehe gotta save my pennies for disney!)

 

I had an amazing weekend, worked friday night and saturday day then I went up to York for a disney reunion of my old arrival group, got sent home from work on sunday for hangover issues and i'm off today. Ooh and i'm going to florida on the 13th april YAY, for 9 days with the mum and sister, going to buy all my bedding and leave it there so i don't have to pack it and use valuable clothes space!
I'm flying Virgin on the v75? from manchester on the 28th. I already had a flight to vegas but i can't go now so i've changed it.
Can't wait!
Surely there'll be more than 3 of us maybe some of the ppl from the interviews that have just gone will get our date too, has anyone sent off their criminal background check thing yet?

i may or may not have face book im not sure ive signed up with somany of these things lol

i sent my crb check off ages ago. its my second one in under a year because of my job they like us to get enhanced ones done every 12-18 months so this one was just a regular one came back really quickly no problems

so defo going to see the illusionist tomorrow then if its that good ! altho i am drawn by ghostrider too argh decisions.

i didnt get my laptop at pcworld after gonna get it from tescos they have one i like for cheaper than pcworld so ill buy it next week instead.

 

I'm going to send mine off as soon as I get a cheque book, I ran out last month but I can not go into Barclays at the moment! My ex works there and we are just about ok seeing eachother again and i went and pulled someone else who works there last weekend so it's off limits again until i'm looking good enough to go in!

I think I've added you on face book, but if you look at any photos, most were taken whilst i was on my last program over there and let's just say that ben, jerry, stella, strongbow and vodka had definitely gotten to me by the time they were taken so don't judge!

Ooh and I have signed up for the disney half marathon in January if anyone fancies it? My friends did it last year and they said it was awesome! look it up on the wide world of sports website.

I've just reread my message and i've used far too many exclamation marks, sorry!

I'm more of a swimmer than a runner so I'd have to decline unless it was along the embankment of a river...

Go and see the Illusionist! Did you see The Prestige? It's kind of similar to that and that was beyond awesome!

 

loved the prestige but i was sat on the front row and got incredible neck ache!

I've got my interview next week as you probably all know..because your on here as much as i am i think! haha..
If i get the job though ill be going in august for a year..On the J1 Academic Program..
Do you reacon the flights will be the same date? I heard they were guna be 19th august for ours though..so not really sure..
I got confused about that thing about december 2004? What was that all about?
Also..did someone say there from north yorkshire? I go to uni in huddersfield, which is in west yorkshire and then back home i live in wynyard, billingham...which is just sort of on the outskirts of middlesbrough..near county durham..

 

I'm from Skipton North yorkshire, I already did the program in december 2004, I'm on a rerun, hope that clears it up. Don't think we'll be on the same flights or living in the same complex, the J1s go somewhere other than the commons methinks, but good luck! How do you like huddersfield, don't know if I've actually been there but my sister is at uni in durham.
