Gary: Haiku is a type of Japanese poem that only has 5 lines or something and rhymes. Think that's right anyway.
I just want to hear back. My friend who has now been there for 6 months really scared me when she was talking about how competitive it is and how difficult it is to get through each stage *gulp*

It's actually 3 lines, each line consisting of:
5 syllabuls
7 syllabuls
5 syllabuls (sp?)

It doesn't need to Rhyme

 

Hi everyone, Iam very new to all this. Sent of my application on Saturday,got a response straight away saying that I will get a response within 6-8 weeks, I didn't think it would take that long, but I'm guessing this is correct.

Am I right? xxxxxx

 

Yep, that's probably about right, although i sent my application in nearly a month ago and the response i got said 6-8 weeks!! I'd say it'll be towards the end of the month at the earliest, if not early september. They get soo many application that i'm sure it takes ages to go through them all!

Thanks very much, It is going to be a waiting game. I have been in touch with Yummy Jobs quite a bit and they have said they get back to people as soon as possible but it must be hard to get through all the CV's. I've just been reading through all the info on here and it makes it sound even better than I imagined. I am really excited and I havn't even got an interview hahaah xxxxx
