U.K August 2009 Applicants

Technically I don't think anyone but guests are meant to do it but it hasn't stopped people before. We used the Polynesian a lot last summer. Spent the day there and watched Wishes before heading off.
The only hotel I would be wary of would be the Floridian because of high posh it is. If you are going to get stopped that is where it would most likely happen.

 

I would actually rank the pool at the Yaucht and Beach Club resorts to be the most likely. Stormalong Bay is like a mini waterpark and thus very popular and highly likely to check guests are from the correct resort.

 

Yea, that's the one that interests me most, the Yacht and Beach Club Resort. "...three-acre aquatic-themed playground offering water slide, sand-bottomed pool, whirlpool, quiet pools, children's pool." Three Acres?! How amazing must that be? Fingers crossed they don't check, or at least allow cast members in as well.

I have found a solution... I've set up a remote chat room, called WDWIP (link in a minute) so that it doesn't matter if one particular person isn't online, we can still get onto it to chat to the others....


Okay, link is a little tricky. BUT, I can tell you how to find it...
At the top ic a little bar, and along it it says "Group Chat". Click there, then scroll through the list to find "WDWIP" then click enter. Simple! (I hope)

Cover Letter in the same file as CV is about the only way to get it up there.

Personally, I live in Bristol. Have done for 3 years now. Love the place, and I'll certainly miss it for 12months, but it'll be SO worth it to work for Disney.

 

I'm soo gutted reading about all you guys applying -- I have decided to go back to college for another yr, and then go to Uni. So it's going to be until at least Summer 2011 til I get to work for disney..hopefully on the ICP

 

I have so much here, but for a 1 year chance of a lifetime ill drop it all and see what i come back too! lol
