I don't think I got asked those questions... probably because I had worked there before and so they obviously felt that I knew what good customer service is!

I however get 'What makes you proud to be British?'

Let me tell you, I was stumped.

I might go dressed as Mary Poppins ;) can't get more English than her!

I was asked some of those questions. But the weird thing was, that when the French lady from International Programs called and invited me to the interview, she gave me a lot of tips on what to wear and what to say. Anyway, I think the questions will be different now since I'm going back on the program.

lol i got asked wot i would do if 2 of my housemates had a disagreement and didnt speak? what there is to see and do as a tourist where i come from? and where in the world would i like to visit? and for me as a well travelled, anti-violence, person from a small and boring town this was tricky, but as long as u take a moment to think about what your going to say, and show confidence in ur answers, then no answer can be a wrong 1!!!

if a plonker like me can get in then you all will be fine, then once you guys get in we can have the biggest road trip america has ever seen!!! woop woop!

Hehe, these are great tips guys!

I bought an England guide book in a sale at Tesco for like £1.50! It had some really good top 10 lists such as the top 10 cities to visit, top 10 things to do as tourists, top 10 things to do to make you look british!! It's so funny. I also used to work at a touristy place with loads of leaflets about local attractions and day trips so i yoinked a load of leaflets to have on hand just in case.

I think I'll talk about true Somerset things like cider and cheddar cheese as I don't live very far from Cheddar and the Thatchers brewery is just down the road! How much more West Country can you get?!

I can't wait for the interviews, I need a Disney fix so hopefully they'll be soon! x

P.S. I am also up for travelling and have a Disney cruise on my list of things to do...and I don't just mean the Jungle Cruise! Although if I could get on a boat captained by Miss Gibbs I would be very happy - I hear she's a great skipper!

when you get to Disney its gonna be your FANNY PACK not your bum bag! hehe
When i want to irritate my friends in the UK i make comments like "let me get my cell phone from my fanny pack!"
they aren't big fans of some of the words i took back with me. lol
