Yeh he gets wireless now in the North Pole. He just didn't have the signal to use dial up, too much snow on the phone lines.

I thought they were on later than usual this year ??? I know what you mean, though, I haven't saved lol!

Has Santa invested in Iceland the country, or the shop? If its the country we'll be getting frozen shares, and if its the shop we'll be getting frozen sausage rolls *badabingbadaboom* Sorry. Had to be done.

Haha, Invested in both probably, The country is summer holiday and the shop to feed his large appetite. No lights have been put on in glasgow yet, there have been in my town but not in the city yet. i cant wait until they do though! cant wait to actually start christmas shopping, and theyve opened up a new disney store in buchanan galleries, its awesome, ill be going there soon i think.

  9. The first christmas party was last night at mk. They started putting the lights u in July. It was insane!

santa has previously invested in the shop, but then moved all his investments to the banks
i believe his reason for doing so is because kerry katona is a big piece of poop!

helen, when do the lights usually come on in aber? do we even have lights? haha x

I want a car too! Though like you, I may end up just renting a few times. If you get a Florida driving license its easier and cheaper anyway (and the test really isn't hard...one of my friends had to drive round a parking lot!) The only thing with buying a car is that the insurance can be really expensive. That may be with just a normal UK license though.

You can't book a return for more than a year in advance...as the tickets only last a year (I did an airfares and ticketing course earlier this year...you find out loads of useful information!) However when I came back from my first program in Jan 2007, we booked a return flight: MCO-LGW and LGW-MCO. When I got home I cancelled the return leg LGW-MCO and Virgin refunded it! You have to check out airline policies to find the best thing.

I did what Helen said and checked out TravelSupermarket.com and PE one way trips for February were coming up as about £580 (economy was about £260) which was definitely cheaper than on the VS website. I'm not sure if I'd get my Flying Club points with it though (I'm not up to scratch on how Expedia works....that's who was selling the flights.) The flights were non stop though...awesome!

I'm getting so excited! The only thing I don't particularly want to do is the Visa appointment...I bet I get stuck there for 5 hours again!

I've been to all the travel agents and online today and my flights are going to be expensive. Flying with Virgin was cheaper than BA and as expensive flying on the so called 'cheaper' charter flights. Over price was about £440 on a week day or £470 on a saturday like i wanted because of family wanting to go to the airport. It's silly that you cn't get a return as it was only going to cost £50 more over a one way ticket with Virgin.

My sister and Brother in Law has a load of frequent flyer points with Virgin and are going to see about transfering them to me. It's a shame that we didn't get accepted 6 months ago as i had a half price flight with Virgin Voucher as my last trip to Orlando resulted in an emergancy land in Canda which left us stranded for 24 hours in -15 degree tempertures. Is was soooo cold.

I'd like to know which days everyone else who starts on July 14th is intending to fly out as i'll probably go out the same time.
