    Aww, good luck Amy!

There was girl in the "waiting room" with me (when we were checking my papers etc) who worked in Birmingham. Not sure if It was the Bullring store or another one though. Pretty much everyone said they'd fly from Manchester, I had a room full of Disney Store employees and northeners!!!

Ooohh, next time say Hi!! How exciting!

    Kanga-Rooney -
"It's a Christmas temp job in the bullring, Birmingham. Is it ok if I PM you some questions?"

Yeah, no worries, I'll answer them as best I can! I didnt have a group interview because the two others I was interviewing with didnt show up!! Guess it worked in my favour! But I've helped with interviews before, so I'll do my best to tell you stuff!! Also, if you see a girl called Noriko, say hi... she works at the Bullring store and is REALLY nice!

I had a grand total of 4 hours sleep last night, because I kept having nightmares that I got a 'no' email! I'm going to have to start convincing myself that its ok if that happens... I think I might want this job a little too much! Still, its working day 3, maybe we'll find out soon?! I'm definately going to ration myself to 5 email checks per day!!!

Good luck with that! Haha. My email is up constantly anyway - when this email does pop into my inbox, I don't think I will be able to open it - I'm gonna pop on here first! Lol. Also, I'm kinda not minding the wait (shocking right!!??) I mean, I would rather YJ have all the time they need than rushing around & send me an email with a yes only to send me another a few days later saying they've made a mistake - yep - I've dreamt that too! Lol. Wouldn't that be horrible!??

Does anyone know what the subject titles are for the different emails? Like, does the yes one say 'congratulations' and the others something else? It would be good to know so I can decide whether or not I want to open it!

Mine last year just said "Disney Interview Results"

I'm actually driving myself mad.. as I got that email last year on the 6th and had my interview on the 2nd, I've been telling myself it will be anytime after today. Although every year is different and it might take longer... Arrggghh!...

Every time I dream about getting a 'yes' email I force myself to think about the dreaded 'no' email just so I'm slightly prepared and not jinxing myself. Although I would want to put off receiving a 'no' email as long as possible to make the Disney dream last just a little bit longer!

Haha good question - I was wondering that too!

And I know what everyone means about bad dreams, I tossed and turned ALL night last night having Disney dreams!! Just starting back at work tomorrow and dreading it, it's just not Disney!! I'm also going over everything I said (and didn't say) constantly - I'm normally so articulate and yet I just rambled on like an overly smiley crazy person in my interview :S

Good luck with the Disney Store interviews also...I want to work there now!

Argh, that's infuriating!! They should give us a heads up!! I'm also trying to convince myself it's a no...my mum helped in that respect by saying that she 'didn't have a great feeling about it to be honest'...thanks mum!

I know right!! So I had no idea of the contents!
Mums are difficult people.. luckily my Mum loves Florida a bit too much and is already wanting to plan visits out and stuff saying "You know how to get to the nearest Bed, Bath and Beyond store so you can buy all your bed stuff there!" and I'm having to rein her in a bit!!

Haha love it...in spite of her pessimism my mum is doing the same!! I think she just wants to make sure I'm not too upset if it's a no but it's really not helpful - stressing even more after she said it!!

My gran was on the phone to a travel agent the other day to book a flight to Florida to visit me - Luckily I had just popped round to visit her at the time, listened to the speakerphone and was like "No gran!! Not yet anyway!!" My mum is super supportive and excited and I think we will cry together if I'm not successful! Lol. Not meaning to sound all X-Factor sob story... but it's been a bit of a rough year for me and my mum and this is the one thing driving us atm.

I'm still heading on here once that email hits my inbox so someone on here can tell me what the email says! Lol.

Oh my gosh, I didnt even think about the stress of opening the email!

Now I dont want to keep checking! Still will though! Haha.

If anyone lives in the London area, Covent Garden Disney Store are hiring for Christmas Temps (which can become permanent if you work hard) and I'll put in a very good word for you! That felt like a shameless plug...

All my friends have decided they're coming to visit me next year, and are saving their moneys for it... I feel bad cause they'll be missing out on a holiday if I dont get it! Luckily my parents go out every 6 months, so they're really keen on me getting it cause they'll see me more often than they do now!!

I really hope that everyone on here gets wait-listed at least... you're all so nice and Disney are stupid if they dont see that!! Imagine if they send out the no, yes and waitlist emails all on the same day  We wouldnt know whether or not to open them!!

I hope they put 'congratulations' or 'opportunity list' in big letters so at least as soon as you open the email you know what you've got- and no big letters means no offer at all lol.

When we got the f2f email I looked but didn't really make sense of the email title, until after I opened it. It said "Disney Cultural Representative Programme 1st" obviously those of you got one with the 2nd instead but at the time I was too excited/ nervous/ queasy to pay attention to the title.

I hope I get at the least a opportunity listed. It's the yes I want just then another waiting game. A no would break my heart! Reading old posts don't hope though. Reading silly things why people got a no. Even previous icp-ers didn't get hired. Which kinda scared me.

The wait isn't killing me so much anymore its when that email lands in my inbox I'm gunna panic! But at least we have each other really to banter with. People who didn't know about the forums how do they cope?!

I keep having dreams too, I've had a dream about all three options! I just nearly fainted, I had an email from Disney Blogs and just saw Disney and panicked! I'm thinking we'll hear Friday, I'm hoping we hear today! Sort of, my god will I cry if I don't get this. My god will I cry if I do haha!

Yeah I'm really hoping there's an obvious email title...
I remember opening my F2F email and reading the first 2 words, "many thanks", and my heart just sank! I honestly thought it was a rejection, so lucky I kept reading hehee. I thought they'd start off with a huge "congratulations" in a coloured bold italic font.
I'd love the position offer emails to have some sort of fanfare music attached to them, so that when you open it you get a big blast of "congratulations" :) or Valerie yelling "see you soon guys!" I'd be the happiest person ever!

I didn't even read what it said I just scrolled down to the interview date, I was on the house phone reading the email on my phone. I wasn't even paying attention to what my aunt was on about was too busy doing a Valerie & running round the room excited.

Valerie is hilarious especially when she gracefully did that running bomb jump into the pool. Although if I'm honest the cast members flat she went to & he was cooking, wearing sunglasses & that necklace choker thing was my favourite part. We had a good laugh with Jason about that.

Mmm oh yes ;) ha. This should kill some time while waiting... just gunna keep repeating his bit. Was it just me or could anyone else not stop staring at the planet strapped round his neck?? I think we should re-do the video with you instead Gary. Ridiculous jewellery & sunglasses indoors are essential.

Elin I knew you'd buckle & come on here.

So have Yummy previously said to other groups that it can take 3 weeks? Or has it mostly been one or two? One Canadian girl told me hers came through between a week & a week & a half later even though they said 3.
