so quickly huh! ive got my bak pak down from the loft and started putting
sun cream and flipflops in there! bought 10 tubs of gel incase they dont have
it in FL! he he

hows ur weeks been? im unemployed as i keep tellin everyone and i hate it.
ive got an interview for a barman position tomorrow so fingers crossed for that!
i just havent told them im leaving!

so everyone else got their visas done now?

us UK peeps has got interview on 1st dec - its a good idea i may beg and plead
and poss add few tears to get the to process it quicker - ;lol - itll be a judgement thing
tho - ill just use my charm - ;D

I think you are right Emily! I'm thinking tears, leg and cleavage may be the way forward for visa interview, do you have a low enough top davey? ;D

As for a coat i think i'm just taking a couple of jumpers and a thin trench coat, my winter coat will NOT fit in my case! I read somewhere that you get an overcoat for cold times as part of your costume for working so we should be ok for then and i generally don't wear a coat when i go out at night anyway, being a hard northern lass I'm sure i'll be fine!!
Under 4 weeks now, eek! I can't wait, only working for 1 more after this week too, i'm so glad work is painful atm.

Ive got my back pack down and started packing little bits and started 2 clear my room out - as we're havin stuydnets in my place - nice...

i remember one morning in winter we met up earlyish and went for breakfast together, it was so cold i wore a hat and a coat and we could see our breath, a bit unexpected in florida but it does happen occasionally!

and if ya caught ya gotta down the other drinks - and man u get seriously wasted - means u dont buy n e one drinks in case... lol - all fun tho hey!

Well, got my call this morning ... well, actually got offered a job yesterday too, but that's a long story.  Anyways, I'm heading out on Dec 7th from Vancouver!  Rock on.  3 weeks ... holy shit ....

Argh 3 weeks!!! Only 2 more days to work too! Woohoo, I swear if i have to find another file after this week i'll freak!
Have my works leaving do on fri, going out on sat with my uni peeps  ;D and going to leeds on Mon with bar peeps, what a busy and hungover/drunken soul i will be this weekend.
Is anyone finding it hard to fit in everyone they want to see before we go, otherwise i'm just gonna be wasted for the next 3 weeks!

We kind of play that game davey, we say that you are not allowed to be double parked or you have to down ur drinks, is that the same thing? Can't wait til saturday night woooowooooo! It's getting to the point now where i don't care what ppl think cos i'm going away!! I don't remember being in the night club last sat although... other ppl saw me, doom, wasn't naughty though just ridiculously drunk!  :-[ which is ok and came away with no injuries-bonus

Robert - sucks that you've got blizzards already! I'm amazed by the weather here, it's still about +10, very weird...but I'm not complaining!

These next few weeks are gonna go by so fast, I'm trying to see everyone at the same time, I think my last weekend here is gonna be crazy, going out all three nights. I'm sure I'll be a crying mess, I don't do well with goodbyes!

Why is it that no matter how much time you have to prepare for something you still leave everything until the last few days....I'm starting to realize how badly I need to get my ass in gear!

Off to the dentist, anyone wanna take my place?

Hey Guys,
I know what you mean about leaving everything to the last minute, I still have 3 essays to write and 2 exams. YIKES! I have this nightmare that the night before I leave I'm going to realize that I haven't packed anything!!!!

Danielle-I totally know how you feel about not seeing everyone that you want to before you leave. I am spending this weekend in the T.Dot with my Mom and my two best friends and then I'm going back there next Friday....I am spending half of my time at work and half at school and next weekend is 'FAMILY TIME'. I'M TEARING MY HAIR OUT!!!

Christa-It's nice here too, I definately don't have to wear a coat to the bar and that is awesome! I had my first goodbye the other day....I said goodbye to my boss of four years (who left on holiday's to barbados and isn't going to see me before I leave) and I made her cry...AND SHE NEVER CRIES. This is going to be a tough few weeks.

ive got a goodbye tonight and its gonna be hard - my twin bro is leaving for a round theworld
trip and wont see him for over a year- i dread to think what ill be likeat the airport!

oh my gosh, I can't belive 17 days!!! Ahh, I havn't even got my visa stuff sorted out! just cause i just found out im going like 6 days ago! lol.. Anyways, what are you guys taking as of suitcases? I have already started to say my goodbyes!! I was just bawling last night, as I had my last big Work shin dig!! one of them at least..every body chipped in and got me a Disney world survival kit! lol it was cute!! Am having major panic about visas, last week i dreamt i queued for 3 hrs for the embassy got to the front and i'd been queing for a thai restaurant which was random! Woke up in a cold sweat before i could find out whether i got the visa in time or not!

Howie- goodbyes are pooooooooh but can't wait to meet u all in 2 weeks argh 2 weeks!

hey everyone!! wow i can't believe it's getting sooo close now until we leave YAY!! it was my last day at work today so now i'm totally in 'getting ready for disney mode', except i still have a list a mile long of stuff i need to get and who i need to see before i leave. it would be good to meet up with the uk peeps at the embassy- i'm catching the 7 am train to london so you'll easily spot me cos i'll look half asleep!!
