Hey Nat, don't be worried about getting termed hun.
I even had a meeting with the noobs in my group and our Manager at Canada and we said that we're scared of being termed and she said it's not something to be scared of. If you're about to be termed, you deserve to be and it's not something that will just catch you off guard.

5 ppl were termed from the uk 2 weeks ago, a norwegian is suspeneded... but he is always in trouble... but its only for really dumb things, that everyone is well warned about in advance.. oh and so u know... commons can terminate you easier than disney can. underage drinking, drugs etc.

And yes, I've noticed too... I think, of course, when you are gettign termed you deserve it. BUT ok, here's something I heard...

A wellness flat, with 8 persons got terminated because they found week and a bottle of vodka, OF COURSE that is unnacceptable BUT did it belong to all 8?? I think it was unfair for the rest of the guys living there

 

Price Management don't give warnings. It's just one strike and your out from what ive heard. People are getting terminated for things out of their control. What's scary is it could happen to anyone

I know I wouldn't get termed for something I did (how modest of me but it's true) but for the way things have been going on the last week I feel I could just because I'd happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time

 

ive read a lot of ppl in the past say stuff, about like if u knew sum1 had drugs in ur apartment, and u were nothing to do with it... if they were found the whole room got terminated, so ur better to tell security

i know obviously nobody likes to be a grass but at the same time, why should u let anyone else ruin ur experience of a lifetime!

It is not in my nature to tell tales on people. If my action got someone else terminated, I would self terminate out of guilt

it's not in my nature either... still i think i'd talk to them if they refuse then i'd tell, i think that's only fair after you talk to them right?



And ok, good that you're his friend mista_ac, i just hope if i go to disney and get in trouble my friends wont come around and post about me saying i deserve it, even if i do, it's not what i'd expect from a friend... but that's me anyway

Sorry but it TRULY upsets me a GREAT DEAL to see people going and spending ALL THAT MONEY and changing thier LIVES to go for a DAY??? A WEEK?? COME ON KIDS!!
GROW UP!! Drugs and BOOZE have in MY opinion ALWAYS gotten people into trouble at work!! ANY WORK!! But going to ANOTHER COUNTRY in MOST CASES..........
