Telephone interview for early 2011

Thanks and ooooooo ok haha, I was planning a Orlando holiday for the end of Sep/start of Oct, so hoping the F2F is Nov lol! But I havnt booked anything yet! So I'll wait to hear before I do

 

lol, nah just saying as someone earlier on in this thread had said they were told the face to face was going to be on the 1st and 2nd of october but that cant be right as its a friday and saturday so maybe its november?! maybe someone else knows?!
Il def ask on tuesday when its going to be so will know for sure then!!!

 

when I spoke with Kristen she did say they were aiming for the 2nd/3rd in Toronto...so hopefully sometime that weekend we will have the F2F

 

Hey Jackson.Nick told me it was definately 1st and 2nd October! He said we will find out if we are through by mid September latest. It weird they would do it on a Saturday but thats what he said!

 

Hhmmmm that does seem a little odd! But best postpone my holiday for now, just in case it is!

I was sooo nervous waiting for the call, but when I was having the interview it was just kinda like talking to an old friend

 

When I've been reading previous CRP applicant blogs quite a few said that the interviews were on a saturday, probably because people may not be able to get week days off for the interview?? Either way I hope we are all there!!

 

I am a complete idiot seriously a village somewhere s missing me! I got the day wrong for my interview I swear I thought it was tomorrow but it was today lucky I gave my mobile number so they called that when they couldn't get through at my house. Did the interview in work whch I didn't want to do and am pretty sure that I royally screwed it up because a I was hiding in my bosses office and expecting her to suddenly appear and wonder what the heck I was doing in there and b I didn't really prepare myself so waffled and didn't give the questions god answers ack well at least I got a phone interview. Anyways nick told me 1/2 oct for f2f as well

 

Hey guys....congrats to you all for getting a phone interview....second stage done with for you all.

I've just found the email inviting me to book the phone interview in my junk mail from the 17th....im not sure what to do, in between applying and getting the email I have had an interview with Virgin Atlantic for Cabin Crew and accepted the job, so i don't know if i should book a phone interview or not becuase i start with Virgin on the 18th Oct?? x

 

Wow lucky you tht you had already you interview!! Good luck!! I havent heard from them yet but i hope i will soon, may be early Sept. They never give any date when replay to my mails tho but im till very positive! Thanks foryur help! and hope to meet you all there!!

 

Hey Jackson I gotta say your post has helped me a lot thru the process, YJ are not the recruiter for Mexico, I just got the email adress I was supposed to mail to and I did it, they replayed to me right away telling me they got my CV and like a few days ago I sent them another mail asking how is the process going for the phone interviews and they told me they were just scheduling the interviews and that mine will be soon but they never give me a date! So its kinda hard to just wait around being clueless. I was just asking to have an idea of how long they take to start calling after the deadline they give you. My deadline was the 3rd week of July but so far nothing about the phone interview.

if i was you mate id take the job with virgin, i applied and got an interview with them but didnt get the job and i was gutted, i would love to work for them simply as the travelling would be awesome and the benefits they offer are really good (apart from the basic pay being pretty poor!!!)

you could always do virgin for a year or so and then see if they would allow you to take a career break or something? but youl be able to go to disney loads if you work for virgin as they fly in and out of MCO all the time! Im dead jealous!!!!!!

 

Aww thanks! Gutted for your about Virgin, you will get the Disney I'm sure. Your deffo good enough, just think apparently there was 6500 people who applied for Virgin Atlantic and you got an interview, use the VA interview as a practice run for Disney! I wish you the best of luck! x

 

wow, 6500 i never knew it was so many!!!!! I basically just didnt prepare myself for it at all, it was about 10 days after i got home from my year at disney in 2008 and i was just trying to do anything to get out of the UK again and didnt take the time to think about my application for VA or anything, messed it up totally!!!!!

hopefully il get back in for another year on the CRP, fingers crossed!!!
