Hi Everyone! Has anyone got any info about the canadian uniforms/costumes...I think I remember them all being long-sleeved, but I have a small 3-4cm (1inch) tattoo on the inside of my right wrist, and am wondering if it will be covered? I am able to cover it with makeup too if neccessary.
Depends I thought the lumberjack shirt was shortsleved (from memory) with the Le Cellier costume being long sleeved. Either way let them know at the interview. I know one full time custodial who had a tatoo from his wrist to his elbow and covered it with makeup.
Yeah they'll tell you for sure if it's doable or not but I don't see a Le Cellier costume being a problem, and well if it can be covered you should be fine. I did have a coworker who didn't last long with his visable tattoo on the back of his neck.
Hey hun for the tattoo they tell u to use a make up called dermablend but try benefit concealer it comes in this wee compact n ive found its a lot better if what your wear wont cover the tattoos, i have five n disney didnt seem to mind as long as they cant see em when ur workin
Hey.... lulu..... how do you know your phone interview is in three days? I've been home for the last week for reading week and I'm freaking that they've called while I was away.... did you arrange this, or did they call you
well I was actually in Disney up until yesterday, and they called while I was away...my Dad told them i was away in Disney and that I would be home today...so Eric (from Cast-a-way) just told him to have me call him on Monday...so really, It should have been wednesday, but it is now monday...I am sure they will be calling you very soon!
Soooo, I called Eric (Cast-a-way) again today, and asked him if he could still get me in for an interview (GOSH, first I'm in then I'm out...now back in it seems? my own fault really...I'm indecisive!) anyhoo, he asked me all the regular stuff, and then asked about if I had any tattoos, and I said yes a small one on the inside of my right wrist...and he said he is going to have to check with Disney to see if that is okay!?!? and that I should call back tomorrow or wednesday...does anyone have any advice for me????? I told him it was small and could easily be covered with make-up and/or a bracelet/watch...I hope this doesn't stop me from being able to go to the interviews! :S:S!!!
You might get through to the interviews but even then the Disney recruter could look at it and say sorry it's no go. You may be able to cover it up, but it's up to Disney weither or not you'll get the chance to cover it up. And even if you do get through to the interview DO NOT cover it up before you go, make sure they can see it!
i dont know about the wrist, mines are my back, stomach and ankle so they werent bothered about the 4 on my back n stomach, well they said i have to wear an extra top under my shirt if they show through, but when they were askin me about the one on my ankle they kept sayin id have to wear socks to cover it or makeup etc but like when i was saying how small it was n that coverin it wouldnt be a problem they seemed fine with it, but wrist might be a bit dif :S

I will Bethie, still nothing yet...i called back, but the Disney representative is away on recruitment, and won't be in contact with Cast-a-way right away...so Eric said to try again next week! I was thinking about getting a new one soon too, but this has deterred me for the moment!
