Taking food!

BEST sandwich I've ever had was Teriyaki Chicken with cheese from Subway!! is it true, or did I make it up in my over active imagination, that at the backstage area of World Showcase where you get lunch, there's a Subway?!?! yummy!!

ellen ur right there is one in the food area for employees at epcot, i know cos casey ate there last week said it was around $7 for a combo meal if im correct ill b goin there everyday lol

I'm worried about the food issue...just reading another post about public transport, that's suddenly ended up a discussion about places to eat and drink and shop......I really wanna go to all those places, but I'll come back about 20stone heavier!!! I can't imagine I'll really wanna eat my usual apple and wholemeal roll with tuna for lunch once I'm there, but I don't want to come back as big as a buffalo!!! :

lol ellen i know hun, and then theres places not even mentioned like planet hollywood *goin there on my 2nd night *, rainforest cafe, ponderosa, perkins, bennigans, red lobster, and many many more lol

ill b the same, but im gona try get a few laps in the pool and half an hour in gym a day as well

have u ever been to las vegas buffet down past old town next to ruby tuesday - omg i love it food is so nice and the golden corral etc - ok now i agree with ellen im gonna come back a chunk :-X

 

Aww from subway its gotta be italian herb and cheese bread with ham double cheese lettuce cucumber and green peppers! mmmmm! i want one now!!

Ive just finished my dinner...a veggie delight from subway! cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle and pepper. with honey mustard dressing of course..........how can something so good for you actually tate that good!

eugh....... *shudders*

basically, working at epcot pretty much meant that at lunch u would go the odyssea (or shoddysea as we called it) and u will eat subway (or if ur feeling brave ul eat something from aramark that remotely resembles a greasy burger and chips - great for hangovers!! or ul try some of the random shit like southern style biscuits with chicken in a creamy sauce and peas) lol.................

and yeh ul pretty much enjoy the subways, (i loved to eat the honey roasted ham with lettuce and honey mustard dressing on the italian bread) and occassionally ul even purchase an oreo cheesecake (yum) or a strawberry swirl cheesecake (also yummy) and ul get a bottle of minute maid lemonade and ul sit at ur table probably only with people from ur country cos thats wat happened most of the time (or ul be the onyl one on ur lunch and have some random guy from custodial come and sit at ur table and dribble and try to talk to u!!! anyone remember the one that was in love with jenni-lee in the uk?? hahaha)

and it will be all fine and dandy........

until u get back home that is!!!

seriously i dont know one person from my year in epcot who can walk past a subway without feeling sick!!!
cant stand the place now!!! lol
so enjoy them whilst u can!!!

im like that with pizza - cos i work at pizza hit the smell/taste of pizza hut pizza makes me wanna be sick :-X

 

my 2 mates from uni do, one hates it.... the other works there, eats there every nite even days off.... i dont get it!

yeh it was good and not bad priced either, we used to buy a couple of them first thing in the morning before we headed over to the pavillion and then put them in the fridge in the UK breakroom (altho do so at ur peril cos its gross and custodial and the kitchen staff of rose and crown use it *eugh - shudders again*)

and then wen it got to breaktimes we had something nice to eat!! or u could just stick 75 cents into one of the vending machines in the breakroom and get out one of those bear claws that actually contain a 1000 calories in each one, hence the reason that combined with a bottle of full fat coke most people end up putting on weight!!
