Ive never flown with Virgin, but the virgin flight from glasgow is so expensive compared to other airports, i might just need to travel to an airport further south. I'm worried about not getting into uni but if i dont then ill apply for CRP.
i have a few friends at work who want to do the ICP but arent at uni, its hard to make them understnad thats its for people in uni. but like leomgray said, there is always the crp. which uni you looking at AlanWCollins?
All being well I should be going to the University of Kent - although if I don't get in I'll probably also try for the CRP.
thats one i looked at. though i ended up at huddersfield. the crp does look good now ive looked more at it. though i will see if i get onto the icp first.
It's my "local" Uni, so, to save money (as I didn't have a job at the time of applying), I decided to go there. That was before I found out how much my student loan was going to be. Although the saved money will be useful in getting me to Disney next year, whether on the ICP or just as a holiday. Did I read somewhere that the CRP was harder to get onto?
Hi there, I'll be applying in the next few days. I was wondering, what sort of thing is needed in the cover letter? And at what point would I give my preference of place to work? I've been told all I need is a cover letter and CV at this point? Any tips to make my application stand out would be appreciated Charli
You do not need to give preference until your interview i think. But i am sure you do not need to put it in your cover letter.
I'm sorting out my covering letter (having condensed my CV into one page) and I'm gonna be sending that in once I have got a couple of people to check it through. Should be done before I go away Saturday afternoon.
ahh i sent off a couple weeks ago when i got back from orlando!! i'm sooo excited and nervous! i've always wanted to do this!! good luck to everyone applying for next summer!! xx
I always get ecstatic when i am on this website because i have applied and there is so much enthusiasm and love for Disney.
I think that that is a problem for me - I have a great love for Disney, but I don't think I've quite managed to put it across in my covering letter. Every time I tried to write something it didn't seem quite right. I'm just hoping that I have managed it now.
I don't want to look at my cover letter ever because it will just show any mistake i may have made. I did not want to put across too much excitement and tried to be sort of cheesy and formal.
I think mine was quite bad, but I got advice from a couple of people who reckoned it was better than my CV. Anyways, I after I received an email from Kristen asking to confirm I would be enrolling at University in September, I have now received the confirmation email, and so I can play the waiting game with the rest of you!
