Hey adam!!! I know what you mean, it seems to be all girls going! Im from near reading so quite a bit further south than u.
I know Virgin airlines allow 32kg and they dont care about dimensions so i think we will be ok.
Are you working for f&b or merch???

I'm having a right headache now, so disorganised! Maybe you cud help...with the medical insurance, they ask for a correspondance address - what did you put? Think I will give that Kathy lady a call to check it out, cos don't want the proof of insurance flying to Disney and leaving me stranded at the airport!

How much are you and the others taking moneywise? I like all the extra charges they're throwing in, will be pennyless soon!

Reading - that's pretty convenient for London, tho at 6.00am it's an early start living in the terminal at Gatwick! Nice to 'touch base' wit u (Kathy loved to say it), prob be around later asking further questions.

2*32kg bags 158cm L,W&H
1*18kg carry on 115cm L,W&H
& your hand bag

so u mite want to fone delter if ur not sure! they also gave me the lenght, width & hight the bags have to add up to??? which ive never heard of!! (thats wat the cm are next to the weights!!)

Adam...if you press 'print' instead of 'fill in online' when you're doing it they will show u screen with it already filled in. Very handy!!!

Katy - u legend! Shame I had a look at ur suggestion after putting completely the wrong address in the insurance form, u gotta love screwing up! So yeah, this is to all of u, if they detain me in Orlando, u guys are to distract them while I escape!

Tania - I'm sure they wont care, tho I would love to see the baggage handlers whipping their tape measures out to measure the bags! But 3 bags is a bonus, thought it was only two so that extra little one will squeeze a few more non-essentials in.

What time u all gonna arrive? 9.15 minus 2-3 hrs, wot 6.30? I guess it's not too serious.

You're thinking about work already?! I don't think we'll start straight off the bat, we gotta get uniforms and learn the ropes etc, I reckon we should be ok for a cpl days, but don't take my word for it!

Wow! there seems to be loads of us leaving from London next week. It will be good to meet everyone even if we do have to be at the airport stupidly early!!

My mom is going to Turkey on the 20th from Gatwick so I get to stay in a hotel overnight (the Europa? it runs a shuttle to the airport every 24hrs a day), ahh bliss.

It's going to be bad enough getting there at 6.15, let alone getting up at 2am to drive from our house. I have a little sister who is only 17 months old so doing the drive all in one morning wasn't really an option.

I think its all booked so we're sitting togther anyway, would not be fun if we were scattered all over the plane!!!!

 

Yeah I reckon ur right, we collect the tickets from the desk so it wudnt matter when we checked in....I think?! Wud be better sitting close by to have some convo but u never know wit these planes, they mite shove us in all four corners!

And yeah, catch u next week Shell, we'll prob just be silhouettes to each other at that time in the morning tho!

when i spoke to the disney lady she did say that all our seats were booked and we were all sitting close by each other so it doesnt matter if we dont all check in together.
