I really want to learn spanish too.

I had lots of mexican friends while on the program and i felt bad when i haad to keep asking them what someone said, or when they had to speak in english when around me! I told them by the next time i see them i will have learnt spanish!

I leave for my next program in July so i definately want to learn some by then. But at the moment i know nothing!!!

 

Well, I guess you're in the right place then These people are so helpful But listening to spanish music helps a lot! Besides the Disney music, I like to listen to Jennifer Lopez, Shakira and Christina Aguilera in spanish since I know their english songs. And some of the songs they have both in english and spanish

 

Hsm we can teach u spanish as well! where are u from? haha I think we all love the fact someone wants to learn or language, who knows : tink thats how I practiced and learnt english lol and shakiras spanish isnt that easy..so I think u are in a good level..waaa Im going in 2 months! We should catch up over there and practice !! eeeeeee ;D greetings!

I don't get to much of Shakiras lyrics though, it's too quick But I like listening to them.

kike, im from england. i'm really busy with university at the moment, but i have 2 monthese between graduating and going to disney, so i want to use those 2 months for spanish!!

 

I guess u´re in the ICP..ok so u dont have to worry.. we are several guys who want to teach spanish..so u only have to aproach us and I know we will be glad to teach u =D...2 months are enough to establish a spanish conversation..Im serious about having some apart. to get together and practice..u know, one of the main reasons I applied was because I wanted to improve my english! So if we do that at the end we will be both with what we were looking for Greetings!

i think the same as kike.. is easy to learn spanish, besides you will have fun while learning.. sing aloud the songs.. scream!! it helps alot.. also search the lyrics on the internet. thats how i learned more vocabulary.. with the backstreet boys songs some some somee somee time ago!! LOL
i want to practice my italian.. i lived there for 7 months.. but it was on 2005...

Yeah, that's what I do. I have some favourite spanish songs, so I get the lyrics up in the internet an sing along

 

listen to La Bamba haha i love that song. And Enrique Iglesias has spanish versions of most, if not all of his songs and they're really good, most are better than the english versions
