Hehe, that's good! I was looking for some Disney music at Myspace and then I found a soundtrack of the monorail spiel, but was quite disappointed when they'd left the spanish part out...

i remember one time we get stuck at Tomorrowland Transit Authority for about maybe 20 minutes and all we can hear was... please remain sitting. Por Favor Mantenerse Sentado... and that was for 20 minutes! hahahaha

  6. I did Spanish at school but the teaching was absolutely atrocious so I didn't really pick up anything but the real basics. I am hoping to learn a bit more but it is finding somewhere and TIME to do it. I might get my friend to come visit and teach me some she is doing Spanish as a major.

Buy a language coarse then! I recommend Rosetta Stone and I know some people recommend pimsleur. They're both a little expensive, but they're good!

im actually learning german and you know its been really fun to try to understand and read the postings in the language discussion boards for two main reasons:

1 It is commonly used words and phrases

2And you might find tiny bits of usefull disney information on them.

Hehe, true... I've been in the spanish thread once or twice, but I don't understand too much yet... The course I'm using is teaching me spanish without translation, so everything is on spanish, and I'm learning it the way a kid would, growing up there... So I've learned to say stuff like, a gir, a boy, the man is drinking, the woman is hungry and so on :p Not exactly commonly used sentences here :D

I have to find that song then :D The part I most need to learn in spanish, I don't think I'll be able to do before I'm in florida, and that's actually talking it. I'm practicing a bit to my self though :p But maybe it might help to try and write with each other through msn or mail would help? That way I can try and make sentences myself, and maybe learn some usefull words in everyday speach...

And what does it mean when you say "ja" in spanish? In norwegian that is the word for yes...
