So does anyone not drink, and likes to party sober??

Hey everyone....
I will be turning 21 a couple of days before going to Orlando...which basicly means I will be free to drink. But for the most part I don´t really see the point of drinking....first of all I don´t like the taste of most liquors...and when I go out with my girls it´s not about who has the biggest buzz...we just dance and have fun...I don´t like the feeling of not being in control...so if I do drink I´ll have one drink I´ll be zipping on all night...but I do not judge people who drink more, as long as they stay decent...it´s all good.
But I hear there´s lots of drinking around the Commons...esp. the first night u get there........

Hey! I'm in the under-age non-drinking group too! At uni all my mates drink and i don't but i still always have a fab time and am usually the last one dancing at the end of the nite! See u in florida! xxx

I like to party sober too! I think our time in disney is gonna be pretty hectic and fun but I dont think much drinking needs to be involved!

I am going down March 15 and working in Merchandise. Right now my emotions are excitement mixed with fear lol Is anyone else nervous about moving down? I think it will be great but its still a pretty big change!

 

Wow, very cool...I'm happy to see people enjoyed this subject...I'll be 23 in July and I leave in March so I guess I'll be one of the oldies too but hey I think I may join the under 21 party, if you'll let me ha ha anyways ya I don't judge people for the way they act or anything if they want to drink or not it's totally up to that person. I'm so happy that there are others that feel the same way too and I'm happy that there is an Option in the living areas because I'd rather live in the "Wellness" place where there is no alcohol or smoking allowed, I think that it's really great that Disney has a place like that for people to live. Anyways, it's going to be great to meet all of you, We'll have a blast.

I will be sober as well. Of course a little drink form time to time, but yeah whats the point
in risking ur stay, ( as I am underage), while loads of people fight to get in the programs.
I think it is risky, and also it is happy to remember what happened. I havent been drunk in my whole life,
but I guess the morning after is horrible.

Im absolutley definatley NEVER drinking again...and i mean it this time! i was still hung over on christmas day from the thursday(two days before!). I've decided it's not worth the hangover so tomorrow night for hogmanay i've set myself a two drink limit!
I'll post new years day and tell you if i stick to it!

wow. that's great that there are so many none drinkers.
I was at the disney program sept 2003-sept 2004 and yeah i didn't drik at moust of the paries, but just some even tough I'm underaged and sill am in amerika(i'm 20 now) It was ok. sometimes the partyes became verry boring spsally norwagian ones.. the moust intrresting partyes are in my eyes mexicans and caniadians. mainly the canadian partyes are all about drinking. but if you look around and stay you will find the nonedrinkers too.

nondrikers are hard to see but they are there for sure. You just have to look a little bit harder than usual.

 

Hey everyone. I would like to jump on this boat also and say that I will be 23 in May while at disney and that I have only drank 1 in my life. I don't really live for it. I don't understand but suposedly I am alergic to it somehow. I would like to have fun haging out and meeting people also and like said above . If you let me I would gladly do anything and hang with the ones who don't drink or can't drink. So you are definately not alone.

well im 18 and 19 in october so Im going not going to be able to drink at all. I havent spoken to anyone who is younger than me yet! haha so im the baby so far. lol

Well, I will turn 21 over the summer (july 5th) so I won't be drinking until that day. But for my birthday... :

But I think we don't need to drink every time we want to party. Especially if you have to get up early the next day !

But sometimes, one or two drinks, it's ok !
But don't get drunk...

Cant wait for your 21st sara is gonna be great!!! Are you still thinking about staying the night in one of the hotels? Would be great to get a castle view room at at GF, watch the fireworks over the castle then head out to PI!!!
