SNOW!!!

    Today I like the snow :)
    Its pretty and I don't have to be in London so I can enjoy.

    Its supposed to keep falling all week!!! :D

    I am supposed to be going back on Friday, but it looks as though it may snow again so could be Monday!

    2 years ago, Quebec get 60cm in 6 hours....At 5pm when everyone was done with work, the circulation was jam...It takes 7 hours for my sister to come home rather than 15 minutes...It make me laugh when I heard people said that everything is going wrong when they get 5cm....But I guess it's because I'm from the "snowy" country and snowstorm(+ than 15cm) happens like 10 times during winter...

    What was amazing snow, turned to slush yesterday and then froze. Pavements round here are impassable!! Everyone's walking up the middle of the road... We're hardly ever prepared.

    If you are ever in shortage of snow, feel free to come get some from Edmonton. Though lately we have had decently nice weather!

    I agree. It's always fun when I hear from my friends in Vancouver that the roads are shut down and everyone stays in their houses because they can't drive anywhere with a few cms of snow on the ground.

    Well today more snow fell up here on the west coast of scotland but its not turned into lethal slidy slush stuff.
     
  10. I can't wait to go home tomorrow to more snow. All the stuff in Lancaster has disappeared.

    I know! Woke up yesterday, hoping to watch it while I had breakfast - but NO!!
    Shame my parents are away (they're in the Glapaogos!!) else I could go home to see that snow...

  12. live in Chesterfield, near Sheffield. The snow is still falling there and it hasn't disappeared yet. I am very excited! Lancaster is rubbish when it comes to snow though supposidlly we were meant to get some tonight ... see no sign of it though :(

    its meant to have snowed but i dont think it has...another day of sliding down the hill..i wont be able to wear my boots as they have screwed my feet up...wish me luck.

    its gonn abe a long day otday. we are leading seminars, tho barely anyone will be in.

    On monday, i was at home in hte south, unfortunately wiht a flat tyre, so was on my spare, and it was like 4 inches of snow...my poor car. we're just not prepared for it all...
    got back to uni alive, just
    and we'd managed to get rid of the snow in the westmidlands...but this morning! it looked like i was on a ski holiday in the alps! pffft....not impressed, want it go meeeelt!!!!

    drove through mid wales yesterday and though there was no new stuff the fields were still very white!
