does any one know how to get into your emails using a mobile phone??? ive heard a few people on here talking about it but i dunno how to do it! i use AOL for emails and im on O2 with my phone....??? any ideas?? xx

 

Have you got wap on your phone? You need to have that set up (if it's not already try going to '02' on your menu, then 'get settings', which should sort that out). Then on there you just type in the address you'd go to on the Internet, although gmail arses about on my phone and I have to get there via a link from google. So much effort for one e-mail!!

Wow I was only off the forums for a couple of hours and look at the developments!!! People emaling Yummy and everything!!! Wow... so brave!!! ;D Couldn't do it myself!!!!

 

I'm still thinking it'll be end of the day Friday. If Disney say on friday we can be told then with time difference etc... late in the day

And considering they have year long, summer and college program and on top of that where everyone will work and what start dates I can see how it can take a while. I think most of the interviews up to the end of november were for the college program as it seemed to be campus 'dates' they had from what I say (think I saw) as opposed to london or glasgow etc.

and hopefully that meant everyone on friday and not just a certain program or certain group of people!

maybe they also need to hold back on some who would normally be waitlisted in case anyone offered a position says no?

I'm on gmail so it's easy to access on my mobile everyday, but i get scared when doing it. I see a new email and it's just an apple or easyjet newsletter or something boring like that that gets trashed anyway!

When I do eventually get an email (if it is an email and not a call)... I'm just going to sit and stare at it without opening it... I'll be far to scared (and it does take a bit to scare me... but a Yummy jobs email and the thought of my dissertation is doing it just now).

 

oh well done for emailing - i was thinking friday cos its exactly 3 weeks today now for me since interview.

if u can get email on ur fone depends on u fone model being wap enabled. mines wap enabled so i can access my email but its not very good much better t sneak on the internet at work and check on hotmail instead lol

im gonna be terrified too if i get an email. once again i had a unknown numbr on my mobile today and when i called my answer service it was the old job agency i worked for offering me a job lol i was like damn it . i hope they email i think i might actually faint on the fone if they call me lol

I was told last night i was accepted but had to wait until friday for a role and start date...goodluck to everyone else

 

I think after this long wait that when i see the email in the folder I'll take a second to take a breath, and once I've opened it and found out I'll just make myself take another second to let whatever sink in before either getting upset or jumping for joy!

That and read it 5 times to make sure I'm reading it right!

hopefully we will start to get phone calls from friday - im so glad someone emailed now!!!! altho knowing now that the wait is nearly over is making me really nervous!!
when i see an email from yummy i will prob just open it but read it very slowly - and either cry or scream depending on what it says!!!! its going to so so strange when that email comes in tho .....!

 

I've been listening to so much disney music recently, that probably doesn't help the vibe. Park cds and what I've downloaded from sound of magic as well as movie soundtracks... and I've put aside the new ultimate disney album at work to buy tomorrow...

i'm addicted to various tracks. remember the magic parade (always loved it, have the remember the magic cassetter, remember those things?? with the actual song on it but got the parade from here) and the music from the universe of energy. strange to be addicted to that but hey, I love universe of energy, always been a fave.

 

i feel like an out cast because ive never been to disney ..... :'( been to disney land paris bit thats not quite as cool is it!!!!
Ah well - maybe 2007 will be my year!!!!

 

i get nervous at random moments though, it's strange. When i sit and think about it for a moment and realise just how much I want it. and that one moment when my email is signed in and loading up. Apart from that I'm fine since i'm busy at work. But I keep going back and forth with the confidence thing.

Trying to steel myself for the worst though. Hope for the best expect the worst etc. :-\

 

i know what you mean - when i think back at the interview theres some things i think i did really well on and others i think i sucked at! and then i think that its going to be ok and then i start to think how many other people have applied etc and i realise how much competition there is and i think theres no chance for me!!! arghhh!!!

 

you never know, maybe it's better to not fully know what you could be missing out on or something! lol. I know I'd just love to spend everyday at Epcot. It's my favourite park. Used to love mgm more but once they took away the Hunchback show and took out a lot of the backlot and residential street they began to lose me... the muppets, rock n roller coaster and TOT are my draws. Epcot just gets better though with the new stuff being really great and they have kept my favourites so far! Universe of energy, imagination, spaceship earth (which'll never g, surely!) and maelstrom! Add in test track, mission space and soarin' and whoo! best park

And the margheritas in mexico ;D

 

I cant believe you guys still havent heard! good luck everyone, surely you'll find out thurs or fri?
