i'm from Monterrey which is a couple hours from the US border... its pretty cool cause we get to go the US all the time

I have a thing for England ! I loved London, although i was only there for a couple of days :-\! I'm planning on studying there for a semester at least... after i do the summer icp AND the crp!

No way..One of my good friends Humberto is from Monterrey..Is it a small place? You probably wont know him..Im guessing its quite a big place and there's loads of people called Humberto! haha..

I've not ever been to mexico..But I always promised that I would go and see some of my friends that I met there on my program...

 

Hahahaha! nooo Monterrey is a pretty big place! its the 2nd largest city in Mexico (tied with Guadalajara), and yeah, there probably are many many humbertos although i actually dont know any, LOL

u should come! although there isn't much to see in Monterrey (except me ... and Humberto) hahaha

I have to go to Mexico, we met so many people from there, as well as Puerto Rico, Brazil, Costa Rica. . so just a few places to visit on a trip lol.

I only went on the Mexico ride once in my last week on my last program, it was a nice little boat ride haha.

I know haha I never realised until someone told me!
Its inside the temple building, was really quite cool inside there actually.
the ride was very similar to the Norway one.

 

Its been updated to include the three caballeros, so may have changed since your last visit. Jose and Panchito search for Donald Duck so they can perform together. The main bit of the pavillion is in the building so worth checking out - the nighttime setting of the market in the building allows them to use air conditioning to represent the cooler evening temperatures. Worth checking out at least once.

 

Thanks Arron! I'm hoping Character Performer, Character Attendant and Attractions are on the role list tomorrow! those r my top choices! I'm on the top limit of mouse height so i would LOOOVE to be mickey (Finally! an upside to being short! )! I hear these interviews are quite late so i've got my fingers crossed that those roles appear on the role list!

Ohh cant believe u visited the Mexico pavilion only once! and i really cant believe u didnt know there was a ride there john! such bad CMs! Its such a fun place! and i love the Gran Fiesta Tour! Donald just cracks me up! When we go there in 2010, i promise to give u guys an awesome backstage tour

anyways... u guys have any insider tips for my f2f tomorrow? i'd really appreciate it ;D

 

Tip for the interview: Just be smiley and happy..Remember that its Disney..If you've been to Disney world before, just think what there looking for..

Me and Arron used to live in treehouses..And it was pretty much all Mexican people..Although I used to hate treehouse, coz the living standards were awful..The people there and the parties were absolutely awesome..Would give anything to be back there..Its opening again this year as guest accommodation tho!

I stayed in tree houses too, and the location was shit! But the parties and lack of security were the shiz

my personal interview is at 1:30! good thing i made a good first impression: i won TWO prizes on the trivia question round!

And winning trivia certainly helps! I won one on my first disney interview I won a pen haha

So how did you think it went? Did they ask you any tough questions??

Oh and for the Mexico road trip Il go anywhere haha. My places to visit so far are Mexico City, monterrey, Puebla, and im sure theres a lot more! and where the ex cm's hide their shoes obviously!

 

Thanks Belle! It went really well!!! i made a really good first impression when i won the 2 trivia prizes: a tshirt and photo album! then i had to wait a few hours till my interview time cause i was scheduled at 1:30 but they got really behind so my interview ended up being at 2:45! Eric, the housing manager, was the one who interviewed me. he was really sweet and asked me like a million questions hahaha it went well cause he seemed to be pretty happy and satisfied with my answers... and then i was measured by Julie, who was also pretty cool and they established that i was a little shorter than 5'1 and that they had 2 Pooh positions to fill and that i was looking good for that! woow!! i really hope i get to be friends with Pooh!!!!

yeah arron theres tons more to see in mexico! its a pretty big country! and we DO have THE best beaches in the world so... how about we go to Cancun!? or Los Cabos! and then there are the charming little towns that have the really colorful houses and plazas and stuff like Guanajuato and San Miguel! wow! we'll have the best mexican road trip ever
