My best mate dougie is from canada (vancouver) and he actually goes to work in edinburgh on sept 6th! so he'd have been leaving anyway! lol! kinda weird we get the same leaving date (even if it is for totally different things!)

 

Woo, Dougie is like the west-coast version of me! (Well, not really... but I can grapse at strings and draw the odd comparison.) Seriously though, I know a boatload of people (mostly Canadian expats) who'll be here in September if he's looking for anyone to hang out with!

Too bad he wasn't coming earlier and I could show him around! I swear I know Edinburgh practically better than the Canadian place I lived ???

Had my first good- bye thing last week... got the next one tonight and tomorrow night!!!
oh, this is gonna be so f***ing hard!!! but we all wanted these days to come... thus we shouldn't complain about the whole thing.. ;D right???? :-\
