i think i want to go on the 22nd, just because its easyer not having 2 py.sort out stuff for the few days be4 we can live at the commons, and also, im not going to see family for a year and want 2 stay a bit later after program so i think its probs nicer if i stay till my going out date...

'I've checked prices and availability for you and the cheapest available flight is with British Airways from London Gatwick. Including taxes you'd be looking at around £289.30. Because availability was low at this price I've held you a seat (you're under no obligation to go ahead with the booking but as it was the last seat I can hold it for you!)'

is anyone else thinking of going with STA cos they do group bookings so I can email them and see what the price would be for a different flight cos there only one seat left one this one. Let me know

Actually Mimi if its around that price I think I might do it, cos it was £200 through my sister so not much difference, plus we get it back at the end anyway and I'd get to sit with you rather than on my own

 

mimi that sound a really good price, is that to go on the 22nd, id be up for that, arron i think is plnning on flying from manchester, but as im in the middle of the uk i can fly from anywhere!!

'I can get your 2 friends on the same flight but just at a slightly higher fare. It would be around £337. Or I could split the cost between the 3 of you so you all pay the same price - £313?
If you send me their names I can hold a space for them?'

Would anyone be interested in getting this flight? I've been searching for flights and £313 is the better than the ones I've found so was thinking of just booking this one but be great to know what you think, Also I've only thought about one way flight, is anyone booking a return? I'd love to fly over with you guys but I can get a flight for just over £200 with my sister so that's quite a big saving. Thanks so much for finding out what our options are! Glad I'm starting with u Mimi u seemed so sweet at the interviews!

Mimi that sounds well good! I emailed them a few weeks ago and they gave me a much higher price im sure. so thats good news!! =).

im not sure at the moment what to do really. . i asked my friend who works for virgin about getting me a deal and he can get me £200 on the 18th from gatwick. . so my parents said for that theyll bring me down to london for it. . . but as my parents will really want to see me off i ideally want manchester, and the only reason I was going to go from gatwick was because of the £200 deal.

Soo i think im going to hold out for a bit and see if i can get anything from manchester soon. . . however what im thinking is as Anna can fly from anywhere. . .us two can fly from there once we find something. . . and I was wondering do you think your sister would be able to get the same deal for Mimi as well Dan? and then in that way were all flying with somebody


Also Mimi Im not going to book a return flight. . firstly as I dont think you can book flights a year in advance, and also it might affect Disney refunding the flight at the end as you cant really split the two fares, so maybe not worth the risk of that

 

i would rather go frm manc, it saves my dad an extra 2 hours driving through/around the hell hole of roads which is london.

I'm not sure how much yet, I'm going to florida on friday and have to travel down to london tomorrow so won't be booking for at least a week or so. Will look into it more seriously when I get back. If u want to book it separately I totally understand, wouldn't want u worrying!

How is everyone! I'm working lots to save save save! Got an overdraft to get rid of, the visa trip to london, flight, housing fee, getting a netbook, n dollars for over there. Lots of money..sigh..itl all be worth it

 

same im working my ass off at the moment! i doubt ill get my overdraft entirely paid off by september, but i dont mind i dont think the interest kicks in until a year after i graduate or something.
Plus lots of extras to pay for! I need to get a new passport as my current is so batted I dont think theyll accept it, also a driving license as i cant use my passport for id anymore. . thats how it came to be in the condition its in now haha! flight, sevis fee, visa, dollars to spend. . . faair bit to pay for =p.

I cant believe its just over 3 months now! its nearly 2months since we found out we had the job, time is flying! ;D
