I never eat the carrots in the Lapskaus, boiled carrots make me gag... But they do add flavour to the "sauce", I just end up picking them out. Raw carrots, however, are yummy, like baby carrots. Now how did we end up here from ROOMIES???  ;D LOLÂ

What an awesome topic!!!! First off... I'm so happy to see that everyone wants to live with a Canadian. Now that I'm completely hungry, I hate you all. (Completely joking). One favour to ask of those in the UK. I love yorkshire pudding. My mom's is pretty good, but can someone show me how you guys make it at home. And afternoon tea... OMG... love it!!! That's the first thing I want to do when I ever get the chance to visit the UK. I've done the afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian and it's pretty good. Anyone want to join me for a spot of tea when we get there? Sandra
Hey Sandra...I'll make the afternoon tea for you!! Grand Floridian won't have anything on me! not sure about yorkshire puds....I'm not very good at things like that - mum's are always best! (plus, just for the record, I'm crap at making anything with eggs and gravy too!![obviously not eggs and gravy together...I meant the two to be separate! :]) Ellen xxx
Mmmm can I join you guys! I love scones and cream and jam!- I don't like tea, but I think I could probably do something else! We so have to do an English kids party! With party games and everything! Pass the parcel anyone? Charlotte x
and pin the tail on the donkey, and blind man's bluff and musical chairs and dead lions! Yeah, I'm in! Ellen xxx
