I never eat the carrots in the Lapskaus, boiled carrots make me gag... But they do add flavour to the "sauce", I just end up picking them out. Raw carrots, however, are yummy, like baby carrots.

Now how did we end up here from ROOMIES???   ;D LOL  :D :D :D :D

    What an awesome topic!!!!

First off... I'm so happy to see that everyone wants to live with a Canadian. :p

Now that I'm completely hungry, I hate you all. :p (Completely joking).

One favour to ask of those in the UK. I love yorkshire pudding. My mom's is pretty good, but can someone show me how you guys make it at home.

And afternoon tea... OMG... love it!!! That's the first thing I want to do when I ever get the chance to visit the UK. I've done the afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian and it's pretty good. Anyone want to join me for a spot of tea when we get there? :)

    Sandra :)

Hey Sandra...I'll make the afternoon tea for you!! Grand Floridian won't have anything on me! :D

not sure about yorkshire puds....I'm not very good at things like that - mum's are always best! :D (plus, just for the record, I'm crap at making anything with eggs and gravy too!![obviously not eggs and gravy together...I meant the two to be separate! ::)])
