part of the reason disney take 4 weeks normally to tell you if you've got a job is waiting to hear how many visas they have and then working out dates. so if you have a start time you'r safe as that visa is allocated to you. only problem will be if you go to the embassy and they say no to you there, but that's unlikely to happen.
