Haha, no I wouldn't think so, but it would be fun though I've only seen her in that blue dress actually! But most princesses have a nicer dress that they wear in christmas...
Dressing in a princess dress might be a little too much. But its important to stand out and be very different from everyone else. I tried the whole pink tie routine.. so yeah, being a bit over the top seemed to work too, even if it might sound stupid to an english person, might not to someone quite to utterly disnified!
i hope your shoes matched your shift!! did anyone do a funky cover letter? mine was very plain and formal, i've heard some folks jazz it up though..
Well my cover letter seemed to work fine. I've always been tempted to add Hidden Mickeys or glitter or stuff, but didn't know whether they liked us to really professional, or if they appreciated the effort!
Now there's a question! Maybe do a bit of both? Keep it formal and smart looking, like black easy-to-read font and neatly laid out... but then add in a Mickey symbol somewhere
thats what i did with my CV lol. It was all normal and then there was just a random little Mickey in the corner lol..obviously worked! heehee
That's all fantastic! I love the hidden mickey idea! Fabulous and creative! Two things which I'm sure they loved As for applying again, you definitely should! If this was your plan, you can't let this be the last stop and not try to go after it! I would get in touch with them and explain that you weren't accepted this time, but this is something you truly want and ask for their advice as to when to apply, what you can do to better your chances next time, etc. That way, they will know that you are definitely interested and this wasn't just something that you happened to stumble across... Hope this helps and just know we're all behind you!
I showed up to my interview in muk-luks (big winter boots) because it was really slushy and wet that day, but otherwise I had a business suit and argyle sweater. Sue commented on boots that I was ready for anything, which I though was good, but then again they were a little dirty, and certainly not as nice as business attire shoes. But I'm on the wait list so I can't help but think if that affected me negatively. lol
I doubt that having winter boots on would've made them not accept you! That's very harsh if they did...
lol, I doubt it! I had worn nice pretty business shoes for the presentation and they absolutely shredded my fight, so I went home before my interview and changed into the only black shoes I could find, which were my sisters Quiksilver skate trainers, those really bulky things! Definitely not business attire but I don't think they noticed! lol. At least I could walk in them!
