I heard today from yummyjobs for a phone interiew. I dont know when to make it for.

 

I applied within a day or so of the start date?

I got the confirmation email on the 4th August, I sent my application on the 2nd August

I basically went for "ASAP!!!", so early Monday, but not too early that I'm still asleep and so screw up!

 

I'm suprised to have heard, as I only applied on the 17th, and got my confirmation on the 18th. So that's what, 4 weeks?
Not sure when the phone interview will be though, as I sent it after working hours, but I've asked for Tues morn or anytime Thursday.

I sent mine on the fourth of august and received confirmation on the fitfth, so mines been about five and a bit weeks since i applied...i hope the wait after the phone interview isnt as long!

 

i sent mine in on sept 1st and heard i had the phone interview on the 10th. i was very shocked to hear so fast since i was told 4-6 weeks, hopefully that's a good sign!

one thing i'm confused about is my e-mail said nothing about e-mailing and requesting a specific time for the interview, which it seems everyone else is doing. it just said i would get a phone call within the next 3 weeks.

 

I sent mine on the 5th and i got confirmation within an hour, and then i got an email on friday about a phone interview and the days they will be happening.

 

Oh well I'm obviously out then as I applied on September 1st as well and haven't heard anything :'(

I only recevied an email saying that within three weeks I would receive a phone call. Nothing about times yet. So maybe their not ready to set up times yet for our country. They could be contacting Canadians after the UK.

 

Ye, canada is different from the UK, i am assuming, they will be at different times.

 

PennyCrayon - you aren't necessarily out - it's only been 2 weeks!
I'm sure there are others whov'e applied recently and haven't heard yet - and I'm pretty certain they tell you if you're out!

yeah i applied right at the end of august and i haven't heard anything yet so dont worry! my phone interview last year was in november (though thats cos they messed up) so dont be worried, if they said they'd be in contact then they'll be in contact!

Don't worry, i know the feeling! i keep checking my emails even though im sure i wont hear anything for at least 2 weeks...AAAARRRRGGGHHH!!!

 

I'm in fear i will say something stupid in my phone interview and they will not like me. And do not worry about it. There is still a lot of time to get a reply. But i know how you feel, it can become paranoia when waiting for a reply.

 

hi guys, im just wondering (u may have already mentioned this) but what programme hav u'se applied for? is it the graduate or the summer one? its just coz i seen a few of u guys were scottish and got phone interviews, however i have to go down to london for mine, but i duno if thats coz iv went for the grad one?
