Do people who aren't on 3 month college program get flights paid for by Disney then?

Madness - good job I've saved my student loan - I'm on ICP and have spent a bomb so far.

Just to let you know how to save some Disney Dollars!!

Anyone doing ICP should book own flights from www.STATRAVEL.com - they give discounts to students & under 25's - I let Yummy book mine & got a Continental flight - on STATRAVEL the same flight was £120 cheaper & there was also a direct flight with Virgin for £230 cheaper than Yummy's option.

I got my travel & medical insurance from STATRAVEL too - saved cash & am covered for loads of extreme sports & unlimited medical insurance - they even fly a family member out from UK if you are in hospital - My family are praying I break a leg so they get a free holiday!! Cheeky beggars!!

 

Disney book our flight out, they pay for it but we have to pay for it on arrival. we can either pay them in a lmp sum, or they'll deduct a little bit from our wages every week til its paid. then if we complete our contract, they give us the money we paid them back, so we can pay for our return flight.

so they kinda pay you one way

Thats exactly what they said to us for the ip, but I think if you are on the college programme you have to pay for your own flights so it is a lot more expensive. Either way, with insurance and flights, it is expensive to get there!
