we can't reapply till december, so be in the same cycle as this time so wouldn't get to go till next september or december - thats 18 months. yeah gotta follow my dreams and everything and not give up at the first hurdle, but well i am.

 

I cannot believe so many of the answers were 'no's' and 'maybe's'!

As Joe said you cant till December so thats such a long time! Will wait and see what I am doing come December I guess! Am so gutted! Glad I had been reading the board though it meant I was more prepared for a No. Otherwise would have rung tomorrow with so much hope, and would have been more dissapointed! Think Im goona have 2 stop looking now though depressing reading bout everyone going ah well im gonna stop moaning now! Really hope every1 who goes has an amzing time!

Just wanted to say really sorry to read all the 'no' messages, please don't give up hope. I was on the understanding that you would have to re-apply soon if they are having Nov interviews like last year.

If some of you have decided it's not for you to re-apply good luck in whateva you decide to do, and don't forget Disney will be there for years to come so if you ever change your mind go for it!

Ellen - thought you were a sure thing, try not to feel too down you might get the call up when you least expect it! fingers crossed for you.

Hi Everyone - you guys don't know me but I'm a friend of 'DisneyZo' and i did the program a few years ago - 99 - 01.

I hear that loads of you got the 'maybe' call.  I just wanted to post to say DON'T BE DISHEARTENED!

It basically means, they like you and they want you, but it's just a matter of timing and logistics.  If there was even the slightest tiny little doubt at all that they wanted you, it would have cetainly been a flat 'no'!

So seriously guys, this is positive.  I had a few friends out there who were told 'maybe' and were in Florida within a year.

So chin up people!  I know for a fact Zoe would be PERFECT for Disney, and if y'all are anything like her (bubbly, chatty, positive, enthusiastic) then you are perfect too. You'll get there.

Zoe went into her interview just before me with Julie and I only spoke to her for about 10mins but she seemed perfect for the job! (it doesn't seem long I know but like you said she's chatty, bubbly and enthusiastic!) She has been there 13 times like me, so she knows loads about the place! I was really disappointed when I heard she didn't get a straight yes but lets hope she get's a call soon!!

Are you Dan? I think she mentioned you when she told me all about the interview. You thought she was someone else from the board or something?

I agree, I really want her to get the call. I know its something she really wants. I think 'maybe' feels worse for her than a no! I know it would drive me crazy....

Yeah I can imagine a maybe bein worse than a no cos it's still all up in the air! to have to wait for a call right up till oct must be awful!

 

Thanks for the really sweet messages Gem and Craig! I will be quite distant from this site until i know the answer one way or another. I just hope Julie would see me for who I am and change her mind!
