Phone Interview

I would love to go but i just wont be able to take the time off university which is quite rubbish

 

I've got my finders crossed that i can fit around my lectures. But i'll probably find a way to go even if it doesn't - I'm not above pulling a sickie!

 

im sure everything will work out, dont worry about it.

 

i dont think its a case of planning, they will put you on the closest city, nuless you cant make those dates then they might put you in for a different city

 

Mines will be Edinburgh cause that is the closest city to me, i was hoping glasgow would have been one of the places but Edinburgh is just as good.

 

i guess mine would be Liverpool then. It's so much easier for me to get to London, by coach or train. Liverpool means 3 different trains. Oh well, it's so worth it for Disney!! Actually I don't think I'm that far from Edinburgh. As you can probably tell my geography isn't good!

 

Where do you stay?

 

Durham - i'm living at home 1st year, hopefully moving out next year unless i get a car

 

Well Liverpool would be the closest for me, but as I don't know the city, London or Edinburgh would be better!
Also they are nicer cities, but I just want to know when really - anything else can just wait!
And, if I went to London, I could see a show - maybe Dirty Dancing or Spamalot....
Anyone know if they'll tell us where before we register on their site? Or really when they'll tell us? Cos Edinburgh's coming up if it's October, and all the cheap tickets will go!
Will we all find out at the same time, or for example will Edinburgh find out first, then Liverpool etc...
This is really hard - esp as I'm ill now!

Im getting really annoyed with the yummyjobs websute.

 

me too, i have emailed lucca to ask what the heck i do, as i have no clue.

if in hudders, i will be going to liverpool. if in peterborough it will be either london or birmingham. all of them are a train journey away which i would love to know as i need to book as well!

i wish they just rang us, told us the dates, and we said which ones we could do and they emailed which ones we could go to.

 

I know i will be going to Edinburgh but my mum and dad are taking me as they want to make a day out of it, so im not going to denie them a day in edinburgh if they want it.

 

Argh - I wish I knew as I really don't want to go to Liverpool (I know no-one there) but Birmingham would be good - there's lots of direct trains there from Lancs!
It would be so much better if we could just say where we wanted to go!
Oh well - it'll be a fun experience anyway!

It was good, I think. My interveiwer was really nice; I didn't quite catch her name. I still have to wait a few week though!

 

That would be great to meet up! It's odd she hasn't replied tho, they're all normally really prompt!
Maybe she's got one of the many bugs that are going round? (Cos I'm paranoid that she won't reply cos she thinks I'm really dumb!)

im just getting over one of the bugs that has been going around. maybe she will get back to us tomorrow.. i tried to do the profile and realised my CV needs updating with employment which is proving a nightmare lol!

My CV needs updating too - tho I have a job interview on Wednesday - so it's whether I just do it anyway, or whether I wait till I know if I have that job! But I need to type it out anyway, as I only have it on the computer at home, and mum and dad are away so can't email it, but I could get it on Friday I suppose..... decisions!
Hope Lucca gets back to us tomorrow, I don't want to wait indefinitely in case it jeopardises my application!
