Phone Interview

Do we need to resereve our spot on the f2f interview or will our email comfirmation determine that? im on the yummyjobs website the now!

 

no i think the pre screen is the phone interview. and it will most likely be booking it via email again like they did last time.

i will go eitehr to edinburgh, liverpool or london. depends which falls into my research week.

may still get my birthday weekend in london by the looks of things.

for the Canadian ones Kristen said to email her asap if we wanted an interview in Fall because that apparently gets filled up really quickly. thinking about all the unknown competitors out there makes me scared :S

@ ariella - yeah uggh school. lol. that's intense. i kind of really want to go so i can know for sure if i make it in. i think for the last few years the interviews were held close to reading week ... i'll say mid-end Feb?
in any case if you're coming to the to interviews i'm really glad because that means i'll have a friend at the interviews!!

 

Will anyone be going to the Edinburgh interview for the summer program if they get one, i am wondering!

 

I'm not sure where I'll be, really depends on timing. I'll just go wherever fits best around lectures and exams I guess.

 

Mint-Ya, I have no idea how I'm going to survive that week. The only good thing is then in November I have barely anything due except for my normal assignments. Ohhh mid-end February would be perfect! Oh, for sure I will be at the interview . I love going to Toronto. I'll probably take a few extra days off and make a little vacation out of it. Sometimes Halifax can get on my nerves lol!

operations is on it, it says and many more on mine. they probably couldnt put it all on.

the last bit of the email confused me, with the setting up of the profile. wait...head still fuzzy from being ill. it doesnt mean we would be submitting it again? just setting up a profile?

Okay - so I got back this afternoon from a really horrid cold field trip with no warm showers and really wet weather (tho oddly fun as well), and while waiting for a friend after re-registering I thought, lets check my email.
Really not expecting anything before monday, and I got an email!!!!!!

SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!
My mum is finally excited for me too!!! (She didn't want me to get my hopes up!))
It really made my day!

SO, anyone know where they want to be? I'll go anywhere I think!
