So I've been invited to the face to face!!!! I was having the worst day ever and when I saw the e-mail from Disney I was a little worried since I just had my phone interview but when I read it, my day just turned around!

Mint-Ya, I'm probably going to aim for the Toronto date. If they do one in Halifax, that would be awesome but honestly I don't mind taking a few days off and going to Toronto for a bit!

I hope everyone else hears soon!

I start uni tomoro, so hopefully i'll start being busy.

and yes Indiana is lovely...at the florida show we saw the guy after and hes soo delicious i melted!!

ooo Charlottesparkle...my dad has the Indiana hat..whip...and rubber snake!! he loves it...get it from outside the show.... hehe we're so damn cool.

 

Maybe the Canadian groups are smaller and got decided quicker cause I'm on to the f2f as well

sweeet yes! haha i know a guy at school who used to be at halifax. but yeah if you can wait that long you should deft come to toronto! it'll be awesome if a whole bunch of us meets up for that, i'm trying not to think about the interview now but focus on university work haha

@ DanBursey: congratulations!! haha i have a feeling they sent out a whole bunch of invites to f2f today since we all kind of got it at the same time.

my interviewer told me that there were 200 places to fill, so if thats from the UK only...thats a lot of things to sort out!

though this friday is will be five weeks max til we hear back.

Do they do rejections first?! Cos i've got like less than 2 weeks to wait
and only 200 places?! I thought most people got to F2F...or is that 200 after interview?!

ooo and leomgray...you and i are in the same problem with exams...with resits, i didnt realise i had an exam but i do. so i have to pass it, otherwise i cant graduate next december and have to re do poooo

 

alli was told was that there were around 200 places and they were sure they could ine me something.

what i mean by five weeks is that i was told between 4 - 6 weeks...so i like to think the later time so its a nice surprise if it comes earlier (which it did last time..if i could have jumped i would jump).

 

I was only told 3 weeks tho - so that's almost another 2!
But I start uni soon so that may take my mind off it, although I'm on a ridiculousley boring field trip, probably without internet access so I shall probably go crazy! And then run to a computer lab as soon as I get back to check!

must be different for each interviewer..depends how many they get etc.

my friends who have just got back have told me that if you get a phone interview it means that they are very very interested in you and you are almost certain to get a job...cheered me up but im still waiting and seeing for the confirmation of the face to face before i get too excited.

Mint-Ya I'm pretty sure I'll end up at the Toronto interviews. I'm secretly hoping the interviews are close to my reading week so I have even more of an excuse to go home lol! I'm sure my profs would totally understand if I had to miss some classes for Disney, some of them are so excited for me!

I know, my mom, the second after I told her I got a F2F was like 'now you can concentrate on schoolwork' lol! I still find myself daydreaming about disney but at least the stress levels are down a bit!

Congrats to everyone else who heard and I hope everyone else hears soon! I really hope we all get through, everyone here is so fantastic!

yeah its kinda scary...

 

I nearly died I thought they were going to tell me whether I got through! lol
Then I thought it meant monday coming up so I got all excited and nervous
then I realised it meant a week monday so now I'm wondering how I'm going to last a week and a bit!!!! The suspense is already killing me lol

 

you guys heard about your f2f already?? that's fast! haha mine's prob going to be next year.

@ ariella: i know, i was so psyched!! now i can finally get down to university work. and yes i'm hoping it's going to be during reading (i'm at uoft though, we seem to have the weirdest reading week timings from everyone else) so i can properly get into it and stuff.
