Usually just the Norwegians hafta get up early, because of the damn Princess Breakfast. And its not only f&b. Merchandise has a princess cart ::) and people from either merch or attractions have to do crowd control throughout the park, as the park opens early for that breakfast... Also, a couple of Mexicans also have to get up early, to tell the people passing that pavillion on their way to Norway that theirs is closed... I know, its stupid!
And for the parties being noisy, I actually never had a problem with that, as I was always too tired not to sleep... And of course you can always call Security and complain about a party. Gets a little difficult though, if the party's in your apt...

In the UK, the earliest shift in Merch is 8am. Someone's gotta tidy up ma' wee pin cart. ;D Not sure about F&B? Don't ever remember seeing any foodies on the bus that early. Maybe 9am or 10am? ???

If you're on that 8am, it can sometimes be a problem gettin some sleep. :-\ It depends entirely on your roommates and on who's in the apartment nextdoor/below/above you. Luckily, I'd sleep through anything so I was never too bad but my roommate needed her sleep and had real issues a few times. Luckily not with our other roommates but with the apartment down below. Loads of parties going on there. Was at some myself though. Felt really guilty when I got back to the apt. :-[ Lol. ;D

Earliest in Canada Merch when I was there was 10am...but that was only two cm's. Most of the time, you were 1030. I remember my UK server bf having to go for 10 I think.

That pic of Homer was taken in a Merch shop I think!

First of all, it depends on which park you'll be working for. Different parks, different opening times. Second, custodial usually works beyond park hours aswell, so that might mean you'll be starting extremely early or stay past closing. At least this is the impression I got when I was bored at greeter and chatted to Todd, a really nice custodial. I think he was staying till 12 one night...

Just be aware there are cameras watching you all the time when onstage... Sounds a bit freaky, but that's one of the reasons why the parks are considered so safe. When taking rides, look out for tiny red lights... those are cameras. Although some places have blind zones, like the dark area after the polar bear scene in the Maelstrom. You'll know what I mean when you get there ;D
