Smile Simmy, I dont think our Earl really has an innocent bone in his body or ever had an innocent bone in his body. Smile.

I've also been privy to his posts. And I agree.

Although having a new bed would be nice. Think off what you could be the first to accomplish and allow for generations to come to know about. LOL.

having a new bed to christen is all well and good - but getting ur room mate to leave the room long enough is another thing! haha

True that could be a problem.... But in my mind I don't see it becoming a problem... Maybe it's my ideal world and i'm not thinking about the problems until they are well a problem, until then my mind will stay problem free

I was visiting the end of January and saw the whole new complex from the road. It is situated between International Drive and Chatham Square. Closer to Chatham because it is right across the road but within close walking distance to the Commons. The whole complex seemed huge - there were a lot of big buildings at different stages of construction and just looking as we were going by the individual buildings seemed a lot bigger than the ones at Chatham Square or the Commons. It was hard to judge just driving by on the road but they are pretty big, there was no landscaping or anything like that being done yet. Some of them were fairly close to being finished on the outside. I did hear that there are not supposed to be any 1 bedroom apartments there - all 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. I did take photos from the car but I'm afraid I am not very computer savy and I don't even have them on my computer yet. It's been two months since my visit as well so I am sure its changed a lot since then. Maybe someone already there will take some photos or somebody arriving soon might do it so you can see what it will be like. I'm sure the complex will be very nice when finished.

Thanks for the updates! At least it sounds close to Commons, but any CRP's living in Commons wouldn't be able to get into Patterson Court without a resident giving them a guest pass, correct? From what I understand it also means you can't visit friends in other complex's after 1am.

Not sure, but I think you can get into the other complexes by showing your resident ID from your own. The first time my son was working there he lived at Chatham and I believe he went to visit his friends at the Commons on his own during the day without having to be signed in, but I could also be wrong on that - although you are right about having to be out by 1 AM. When you have people visit (like your family) that aren't a resident of a complex then you have to sign them in each time they visit - they also have to show photo ID when you stop at the security gate. They also have to be out by 1 AM. But, yes, you have to show your resident ID when you enter the property and I'm really unsure when you have to be signed in - sorry. The security is really good. (Speaking from a parents point of view).

You are free to go into all the complexes as long as you live in one yourself!

up until 9pm, after that you will need to be signed in.

I know alot of the CRP people who arrived today were put in Chatham. My friend who lives in Chatham gor a few new roomates because the commons was full.

Aparently patterson court will be opening up in stages.
