No idea what I am going to do for a leaving party may be just a meal lol, but I want a proper home cooked roast from my mum! Lol. My friend at work said she will drive me to Gatwick and see me off which I think is so kind!! :D. I've never told my dad I am going and tbh I dont want him to know, he doesn't deserve to know! My mum thought I was ringing her about my current work situation as I was currently at home due to the Volcanic Ash disrupting my job...so when I told her about Disney she was speachless! My mums partner was so proud and said I had to go for it....Then I told my boyfriend and his reaction wasn't good or bad he was like "oh ok." My brother and sister were so excited but I told my sister she can't get married until 2012 unless she does it in Disney! Lol.

Gotta love cocktails so I'll be joining you at one of those parties! hehe x

I'm more worried about the snow and ice than a volcano....if it was anything like last year where the country was nearly out of de-icing fluid then its not going to be good! We should miss all that though hehe :D.

Think it will do me and my bf good to be apart for sometime...x

I didn't tell my mum and dad until I got the f2f int and I had to book the flights and stuff for it, i told my dad first and his reaction was ooo, ok. I think he was just shocked, it too him a few days for it to sink in and then he started asking all the q's like where would you stay what would the money be like, etc. but he did say that he wouldn't stop me doing it as he knows how much I love disney but he tinks it will ruin it for me, take away the magic, but I dont think it will as I will only be backstage in Epcot not the others so that is fine by me.
I told my mum about a week later once I found out that I had graduated uni, and her reply was ooo, ok. I thought this was kinda funny that they where both the same and it was about the same thing with her as well, took a few days to settle in.
My friends all know how much I love Disney and where very support and so where my work friends.
When I found out a few days ago, I was with my mum, she says she is happy for me, but i can tell she is sad that she is not going to see me for an even longer time, as she moved to greece with her second husband so I barely see her as it is. I told my dad and he is happy as well, they have both posted it on facebook and I do think they are both really happy for me. My friends are happy for me but one of them is really upset, I have known her since I was 4 and when I told her she said she was crying hysterically and is still really upset at not seeing me for a full year, she is happy for me though but just sad as she will miss me. I think it is nice to know that she cares for me that much.

But all in all everyones reactions where good, but I have also had the Minnie Mouse comments a lot, but said jokingly.

My parents knew about April time that I was applying, they helped me with my application, but they were worried it was all a scam!

I was sat on the sofa next to my mum on my laptop and just screamed "I GOT IT!", dad come running through and mum burst into tears! Haha. Her baby's leaving her! I felt awful but they're really supportive now, I can't wait!
