My CV isn't ready yet either, I emailed Michele last week and she just said anytime after the 1st July! I should have it done by the end of the week. Good luck to everyone...x

 

Oh thank god for that, I thought i'd miss out again!
Best get cracking on that tonight then, get it in as soon as, and let's just hope we all get interviews!!

Spoke to michele and see says that everyone should recieve the automatic email as confirmation that Yummy has recieved the CV's and she confirmed that they will be contacting people for/ about the phone interviews in August and face to face interviews in September.

The program will start in Feburary for these applications

 

Oooppps I hope I have not meesed up already. I have just re read my email and I stated I was interested in the International programme. I read Michele's reply about the entry level ect for College programme and that's not what I want to apply for. Soooo I have just sent a quick email to Michele to clarify that I wish to apply for Cultural Programme !!!! (I bet she thinks we have a crazy girl already lol.....)
Oh well, what will be will be.

If I am lucky enough to get a phone interview I hope it's not from the 07th Augus (as I am on holiday for a week)
If I am successful for the phone interview hopefully I could arrange a suitable date so it does not co-inside with my Hols.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr More waiting again now :-(

Hey everyone, well I'm about to give my CV and covering letter one more look over and send them off.....!
Just one q: are you guys all hoping to go in Feb 09 cos when I e-mailed Kirsten she said for me to start in Sept 09 I should send mine from today too. I guess it can't do any harm to send it early?
Well all we have to do is wait....

Also, do you just sent your CV etc in an e-mail to Kristen? Or do you go through the Yummy website?

My friend just text saying that she got an interview but its not for the CRP so she had to get in touch as well, lol. I think they are gonna get a lot of confused emails lol xx

 

This is my first post, but I have sent my cv and covering letter in an email to enquiries@yummyjobs.com earlier this afternoon and haven't received a reply, was just wondering if I sent it to the wrong place?

 

Nope thats where i sent mine to so its prob just taking a wee bit of time.

My friend says they've got in touch with her to say she has an interview and is adamant that it is for CRP but i think this seems unlikely so soon, anyone else been told about interviews? xx

 

i sent mine in yesterday and call Michele to check she got it but she said she did but it wouldn't open so resent it last night .... hopefull it will open this time doh ... if not i wonder if i can fax it to her office.....xxx

I just got rejected from a job that I didnt even really want and I'm gutted It was just a good little cash earner but I'm still annoyed what will I be like if/when I get rejected from this lol xx

 

Ok so it's all sent now! I'm useless putting words onto paper, i found the cover letter way too hard lol

Personally I have not heard anything from Yummy only the automated email acknowledging my CV
(I wish I did here from them but guessing it will be a while)

I'm the same, just the automated response. I dont think we'll hear anything now until at least the end of the month.

Thanks Laura, its just a pain cos it was quite good money. Just gonna look for temp work now and keep my fingers crossed about this. My dad has told me he thinks its silly to be applying for disney at this age but that makes me more determined lol xx

i got another automated responce with my cv as when i called michele she said she couldnt open mine

will need to call and make sure she got this one

ARGH...I STILL HAVEN'T SENT MINE!!!!

Had a NIGHTMARE few weeks, got run over a few weeks back, and been in and out of hospital ever since!!!! I just hope it isn't too late, i'm back in the hospital for the night this afternoon so don't think i will get the chance to do it until Sunday...is this gonna be too late?!

Hi Rach

Firstly I hope you are getting better. I dont think there is a cut off date for this application - Yummy infomed us they are taking applications from July so I would take that as July onwards, however they will prob start the phone interviews end July/August time.

Maybe send michele@yummyjobs.co.uk a quick email advising the situation you have been in, and that you will get your CV to them very soon.
