November 1 start date

I'm starting Nov 1st too!! Will be working at the Norway pavilion, merchandise! ;D

I'll be working in Merchandise. I can't wait to get to Florida. ;D It's gonna be an awesome year

 

So what are everyone's plans so far? I know it's early but Im just so excited ;D are you planning on flying in on the 1st or coming in a few days early? I had played around with the idea of going a day or two early just so I can go to MNSSHP on the 31st...

also to my Canadian friends will you be flying or driving down? Any thoughts as to where your going to fly from..ive already been looking and to fly from Detroit it would be super cheap like $94 total taxes in flying with AirTran...

 

Im thinking of coming a few days early!! I just remember how I felt after arriving for a holiday last year and knowing i wont have time to catch up on sleep etc for atleast the first week doesnt make me feel too happy! haha. Plus i wouldnt have to get up quite so early on the 1st and do aload of travelling, which will make the rest of the day easier for the food shopping and everything else you have to do!

Id love to go to MNSSHP but i duno if thats something i should wait until next year for? then we will have the build up of the whole halloween season which would be wicked! but i definetly want to go atleast one year!

I wanna roadtrip downnnn! I'm lacking certain essential components to that plan though, lol, as I don't have a car and my license is currently expired... but hopefully i can work all that out. I wanna be able to pack a bit more stuff than an airline will allow. Drive or fly, I will def head down at least a day early!! I did that for my last ICP summer and it made a huge difference

 

I was totally thinking about a roadtrip too!! Just can't decide if I want to bring my car down with me...with the licensing and such just might be a pain in the ass...plus its more money I have to spend on insurance on the vehicle plus gas to put in it...but if I do drive down your more than welcome to roadtrip with me!!

 

I was wondering about the potential of renting a car to drive down there would be, I need to do some research, but right now that is one plan...

 

Actually that's a great idea! Still have the fun of a roadtrip without the hassle of bringing your own vehicle...are you able to do that though? Say rent from somewhere here in Canada and return in Orlando?

 

Yah Im not too sure, Ill have to call some places and see, its kinda hard though because Im stuck on a ship haha, but im going to try to find out
