She didn't ask me about whether I'd been to Disney World, but she asked if I had been to the States and I said I had visited Orlando.

Nevermind eh, Kim was lovely. It's funny how the questions wern't standardsed though. Maybe she just went with the flow.

 

Yea she was lovely and so polite which made it harder to judge how well ya did
I think she probably had a few random questions on her computer screen coz I could her her typing stuff as I spoke!! ;D

 

Kim was so nice, the first thing she said to me at my interview was " wow, cute purse!!" lol

 

Yea she spent ages at first apologizing for being calling 15mins late lol

What are the exact dates of the October-April program?

 

So I just got an email for Alexis saying that im invited to an interview on 6th March in Birmingham. I'm so excited. Has anyone else heard anything? either about interviews or results from the interview.

 

No still waiting on the results of the interview. Kim said mid march, I guess this seems realistic in the time frame in which you will be interviewed. Good luck. I really wish I had been given an f2f rather than a phone interview.

And Louise, I thought you were going for October? Have you changed your mind or are they doing the interviews at the same time?

 

Yeah I thought it was a bit early but I told them I wanted to go in October but maybe they have places available. I don't know. I'm so excited though.

Guess this means that we won't find out till at least after 6th March so, Tht'll be exactly one month since I did my interview!

 

I'm guessing the results will land in our inbox the week of 11th-17th March, making it 5 weeks after our interviews. I'd like to be pleasantly surprised at a sooner response though.

Nope, me and my friends (now plural!!) have applied for October now and were told by Kristen at Yummy Jobs that they would be starting the selection process in May.

So now I just have a long wait (and my finals :-\) ahead...

I just wondered if you went coz Louise is going in Oct and she was interviewed in Birmingham last Tues. At least now if i don't get in, maybe I could begin this again in May lol.

 

I know, I saw that and I was pretty surprised, but all three of us have had emails saying that selection begins in May and that's what Kristen told me on the phone as well. Sometimes Disney/Yummy are pretty hard to figure out!!! xxx

 

Tiny - where do u live cause i live fairly close to birmingham so maybe they just they filled up spaces with october people that live near by.

 

Well my address is in Yorkshire but I go to university in Coventry...not far from Birmingham at all. Who knows? It's very strange!! Has anyone else on this thread who applied for October had an interview?
