Yeah not meaning to sound against it or anything but I was surprised with the age some of the males were that were at the interview. In fact I have a feeling one guy at least was older than Eric. Again I don't have any problems with it, I guess this site just sorta prepared me for a younger crowd (as it seems almost all of the applicants here are younger).
Jorden, who were the Disney reps there? Was Jeff there? I <3 him (so does Snow.White) and Eric? Did you get to meet the famous Nicola?
Yeah I'm pretty sure we had Jeff and Leann (I'm horrible with names but i'm 99% sure those were them). Yes I got to meet Eric, and Nicola is still being elusive
Hey Jordan... You said they took 2 people at a time?? So do u each get to talk to the person interviewing individually - or the both of u are interviewed at the same time ie both have to answer the questions together??
Well Kel I answered your PM (asking the same question) but I'll answer it here as well so everyone else can see. Basically what happened was the recruter would ask a question to one of us and then ask a very similar question to the other person, alternating who was to answer first with each question. Eric gave me a choice as to weither or not I wanted to do the "double interview", and I chose to be more flexable and open than just flat out reject.
GOOD call Jorden on the double interview!! That shows SUCH felxibility!!! No offense taken on the AGE thing either!! I just got home as I said in an earlier post and EVERY CM from Canada that I SAW were REALLY young!! Being an "OLDER" applicant, I LOOK 25 but am not!! I can play with the best of them and I can teach some things as well!! It works BOTH ways!! I guess I am lucky!! ;D
Heyy! Interview went great yesterday! I had Leanne, who was very very nice! I had my interview with John which was fun. And John has some *great* news!! No reason to be nervous at all in the interview. It was excellent to meet everyone who came from the western side of Canada. You are all soo nice and sweet. I hope we all go down to Florida Together! Hey good to hear about your interview! We'll defonatly have to keep in touch and hopefully we'll be able to travel together. The cathedral my mom wanted to visit was quite nice actually, it was literally a smaller re-creation of Notre Dame from Paris (for those of you wondering what the heck were talking about), and I was a little in awe to be honest. It cost $4 to get in which wasn't bad and my mom took a lot of pictures. I think the best part had to have been how well heated it was, the wind was particularly nasty when we arrived! Anyway you enjoy your Monreal... I've got about 10 hours of travel ahead of me (only 4-5 of those will be in the air ) and I'll talk to you later!

Yeah I'm not sure an exact number (not very good with pegging ages on anyone, young or old) but my prediction was you were one of the "older" people... Was I way off? lol
No not way off, I was definitely one of the older people there, just not an old person! I’m 34. That was the easiest and most relaxing job interview I’ve ever had. By the way my avatar pic is the picture I submitted to Jeff at my F2F!
Nice good pic, defonatly looks like the uniform lol. And I agree, I honestly felt like I allready had the job before the interview (from the language they used in the presentation and when filling out the forms and such.) So "easy" to do in that sense.
Can you see the presentation without actually having an interview? I'm too young but if there doing a presentation/interview session in Calgary in the fall then I definitely want to go watch if I can even though I am too young to apply.
