May 6th? Anyone? Anyone?

so Now I'm going June 10th Kristen from Yummy jobs called and said she found out that May 6th I would have just been taking over for someone who was leaving and finishing up their Visa this way I get to go for the full year.

Kinda sucks, but at the same time, it's good that you'll be there for a whole year instead!
We'll definitely meet up before I leave though!
Still no sign of my package or anything but hopefully within the next couple weeks it'll be here

 

GOT MY Package yesterday. Its got some updates, things we already know.BUT its here now.. so time to plan a flight.



its got my name and 5 others who are on the same visa thing as me.. i guess. a few from the uk and a few from canada.

Did you get your package in the regular mail or did you have to go pick it up at the post office or anything? Just wondering if my roommate didn't pick up our mail in the last couple days....

it came by courier service. I was wondering that too, like if i would have to sign for it.


I would have had to sign for it, but they left it on my front doorstep :S

but it was all in one piece when i opened 'er!

I just got a semi large canadian flag I thing I may offer to trade it for another country flag with someon else who is there if they want... ummm I got a canadian beanie baby for like 1.50$ umm nothing too much else canadian do I have just some shirts that say canada or milton ontario (where i'm from) I may get some more canadian stuff at the boarder if I take a flight from Buffallo

 

im bringing pictures.. not too many Canadian things.. a map, a bottle opener for my keychain, in the shape if a maple leaf (its kinda a tradition for me to have a bottle opener on my keys... always have. HA i dont even use them that much..)

im mroe excited for the things that i will buy when im down there

 

I'm going to have to agree with Lish with Lish on this one! So excited to find things to buy while we're down there!
I have a Canadian and Ontario flag, and some Tillsonburg notepads and stuff (my hometown!!) and a Canadian sweatshirt and some shorts but I'm definitely bringing a lot of pictures! a a ha ha
