London Summer 09 Interview!

i would say we should meet up, but we have ages to go, plus the disney building is about a 1 minute walk from hammersmith station, though if anyone does want to meet at like 8am, im in!

 

Anyone recommend any hotels near there? I'm gonna have to fly in the night before, I think!

Cork, Ireland Not sure whether I'll be heading for Stansted or Heathrow, though... Hmmm...

 

I'll need to find somewhere to stay too. I'm looking at the Dalmacia Hotel which seems to be pretty close. This time next month we'll have had our interview!!

me neither, ive like thoroughly rehearsed what im gonna say too! can tbelieve we still got like 4 weeks...but then that means in 4 weeks time it will be nearly christmas which is indeed an odd thing!

 

Heathrow! Picadilly line straight to Hsmith.

 

I'm going with my mate who applied as well to get all my documents signed on Monday, and to photocopy everything. Its really exciting!

 

Ah, but problem is... if I go to Heathrow, I fly with Aer Lingus, which is going to be more expensive (though more convinient) than flying with Ryanair to Stansted...

Therein lies the problem!

 

thats quite a long way to come for the interview...was there not a closer one you could have gone to?

 

In a word... No!

The other options were Liverpool and Cardiff... Both of which would have required me taking a sizeable amount of time off school and flying out the day before and coming home the day after...

Sooo, I got stuck with heading to London! Still, I guess it means that I get to see the Disney HQ in London...

The timing is pretty bad, though, considering that it's that week that everything is due in college, but I guess missing one day wont kill me.

seriously guys, i am actually losing it! i think that the more i think about it, the more pressure i am putting on myself, and the more i am fearing that i wont be accepted and then maybe i should do some uni work cos i seem to be prioritizing this over uni and- BREATHE! 11th december cannot come quick enough!

 

I'm excited, and really nervous! I still need to get my forms signed by uni because my uni is annoying and being really finicky over all the forms!!! I still need to photocopy everything as well and get a blouse! EeeeK!

However, I am super excited and can't wait for the 11th! xx

 

I really need to get my arse in gear and get those forms this week...

I shall be wearing black pants... Aaaaaaand a shirt that's yet to be decided. With a tie. With cartoon dogs on. I figure wearing a Disney tie might pushing it down their throats a little... :-\

I'll hopefully be staying at a hotel near enough to the Disney building and so I'll be arriving around quarter past eight.
