london interviews march 21st

im not reallly to sure, i havent booked my train yet..
i didnt wana spend all day on my own!
so thought id wait an see what time everyone else was heading there

Well I'm in at half two and rose is in at half three so we shouldn't be too long after one another. See when you fancy coming in and I'm sure one of us will be around at the time.

 

soo if i plan2 get to the hotel for around 4ish u2 should be about.
ur staying at the same hotel as me arent u??
we should all walk to the interview together too, as knowing me even tho its next door il get lost!

We should all give each other wake up calls in the morning in case we sleep in.

its not too bad to get there, i've been there a couple of times. how about a vote on where people want to go??? people can make suggestions and then we can vote on the ones that are suggested???? only an idea?

I live in london. Not too far from Hammersmith if i was driving but it takes like an hour and a half by tube!! Crazy!!! lol!!!

If there is a concensus for where people wanna go then I don't mind booking things and what not.

 

I'm pretty happy going anywhere everyone else is heading to

 

good shout there. I'm not too fussed as I live here and get to dine at these establishments on a semi-regular basis (it shows too!! lol!! i gotta get to the gym!!!)

anyway getting to these places is pretty easy on the tube, they are all on the picadilly line, well the ones i can think of anyway. if people want to do american then hard rock and TGI are the main ones there is also the sports cafe, tinseltown (awesome milkshakes but the food is questionable), eagle bar diner, automat (a lil on the expensive side) i can't think of any more off the top of my head! i'm gonna go google and see what comes up lol!!!

I have just cancelled my booking at the holiday inn and just about to book the novotel!! I didn't want to be missing out on the fun and besides, the site I booked the holiday inn on looks a bit dodgy!! :

About the dinner, I really don't mind, all the places that have been mentioned look fab! If I had to choose, it'd be between TGIs, Hard Rock and Rainforest Cafe. But there's hundreds of restaurants in london, so plenty to choose from!

I'm going to get a day travelcard for the underground, it sounds like the best option - then we can use the tube all day

 

if any of you guys have a young persons railcard, bring it with you and you get a discount on travelcards!! I think it comes in at £6 or just under, but they put the prices up on london transport every year and i havent bought a travelcard for a while.

 

I bought a day travelcard for the underground at the same time as I bought my train ticket and it cost £5.10

 

Thats cool. I can't wait for the interviews, i'm really excited. I went to WDW in 2005 and the interview for that was a lot of fun. I'm glad its in London this time around as I had to drive to Chester which was really quite traumatic as I was using my sisters car which wasn't exactly reliable!!! But I got there so i was so happy with that lil car.

 

Think we should maybe make a thread with a poll on it (can we do that?) to ask where people fancy for dinner?

And to get an exact number for reservations etc? Or am I being too anal? ;D

 

Good choice about the Novotel Rose. It's a nice hotel, really modern. I had breakfast there too and it was lovely. Anyone who hasnt booked B&B have to pay £15 for breakfast tho which I thought was a bit expensive! Good job I got a good deal on alpharooms.com!

Yay just confirmed my booking at the Novotel! I think it will definitely be better than the Holiday Inn. It includes breakfast too so that's good.
