ok, im never gonna trust international services again....today i was about to book an insurance for about 200€ because they told me disney wouldnt cover any work accidents....but then i thought i better double check, so i wrote to disney directly and they said disney of course covers work accidents!!! I almost spend 200€ because they dont have a fucking clue what they are doing!!! First the problems with the ds form and now that!! Iam really pissed!!!

 

And, Oh what a surpries, I didnt get my ds-2019 form today.....GREAT!! Now it has to work with the copy!! Keep ur fingers crossed please!!!

Did anyone get the email from UCF today.

My 4 modules I chose are

1. Theme Park Management
2. Guest Service management
3. ECommerce
4. Leadership & Strategic Management

My back ups were

5. Brand Management
6. Wines (Even tho theres an extra $100 fee, it doesnt benefit my career interests but sounds fun)

 

Great....I'm having interview soon and haven't received my DS-form yet...They said we'll get the form 6 weeks prior but it's 2 weeks left and I haven't a clue of when it'll be here!! :'(

 

What were the other two potential courses Dylan?

 

The other two courses are Event management & Food + Beverage operations.

 

Im soooooooooooooooo pissed!!!! they send me away from the embassy cause they cant work with the copy!!! How can international services give me soooo informations??? I paid 40€ for this trip and now i have to call the expansive hotline again and make a new appointment!!! AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

 

Oh noo :-\ I am sooo sorry. Maybe the embassy is a mess like IS?!? It worked for me...don't know why. I would call IS if I was you!

 

i wrote them another angry email, but they didnt even apologies!!!

 

On our letter from UCF the last point talks about how we have to have proof of our insurance and immunizations, what has everyone done about this?
I bought the yummy insurance and how am I supposed to go about getting that company to fill out the form we got with that letter? There's no way it would be done in time to go! Also i've had all my vaccinations but never got any proof of them ???
Sick of forms!

Heya it was fine very quick and he didnt ask me much at all, he just asked what I was studying here at home and how that would relate to what I'll be doing over there!

Can't believe they sent you home with your copy , did your recruitors even reply to you yet?

 

Dear Anne,

Please note that we've received the DS 2019 from the US Embassy only on Monday
and then we've sent you the document by postal mail right away. Also we've sent
you a copy by email as it is better to try something at the US Embassy which
work depending on the consular representant than trying nothing.

You need to have your own medical insurance for the whole duration of your
contract as stated during the Video presentation you saw in Paris.

Thats what they wrote, they didnt even apologize!!! and i worte them another email and they didnt even answer....

today i finally got my disney package, but the form wasnt in it!! i hope they send it seperly, cause otherwise i dont know what else to do!!!!!!

wot vaccinations do we need? im just ignorin that bit cus i guess bein from britain dosnt count! i think we just fill in the insurance stuff ourselves and take our policys as proof...

Could anyone tell me directions to this pharmacy near the embassy that does the photos, or will I be ok getting them done in a high street photographers?

 

I got them done at a high street photographers..U've just gotta make sure there the correct size tho..
