IHOP after house of blues?? haha..You'll find out over the course of the year, that the IHOP near the crossroads is always absolutely full of of disney cast members! Especially in the early hours of the morning! Haha..;)

    International House of Pancakes,

Its absolutely amazing..And its also open 24 hours!

The one near the crossroads is generally full of cast members..Its dirt cheap anyway, but you get 10% castmember discount on top of that!

Its basically just a restaurant, that does amazing breakfasts, but also other things, like steak, burgers etc..

lol is that British for bragging? One word: Daddy haha My parents and cousin are coming and making my departure a little vacation lmao So in fact I'll only be in Fort Wilderness for like 3 days. :-\ lol

I didn't know IHOP had a CM discount. Their butter pecan syrup is delicious. I'm not surprised it's a popular spot. Also I'm sure Cici's is full of CMs, 5.99 all-you-can-eat pizza (and salad and pasta, but really, who eats those when you can have pizza?) lmao

If you just get water with it, Cici's is $4.25 for castmembers! Water was all I ever wanted, because the fizzy drinks just make you bloated and feel ill! Otherwise, its only like $6 or something including a drink! Still a bargain, I love that place..

IHOP is also amazing..I would always get a monster cheeseburger or a breakfast sampler! Whenever we used to go, there would be like a big group of us..And everyone would order the breakfast sampler! Its a must do!

haha ya. And it's not just like one kind of pizza, they usually have at least 5 varieties, plus like pizza roll-up things, 3 or so pastas, 3-4 salads and like 3 desserts. It's not the BEST pizza (although American pizza rarely is) but it's not bad by any means and the price is certainly right!

Ummmm where else is good... I loooove Chili's. Is there a CM discount at the one near the IHOP, JP? That would be dangerous for me lol sooo good. And not THAT expensive. It will set you back more than Cici's though (then again, so will McDonalds) - I'd say 10-15 bucks for a (good) meal, drink and maybe dessert.

There's a place on the 192 called Kabuki that is the same idea as the full-service at the Japan pav. You're at a table for like 10 with the big stove in the middle and the guy makes your food right there. Their special is chicken & shrimp for 12.95 plus you get rice, veggies and soup too. You get a TON of food and it's really good if you're into Japanese. They have good sushi too. I've never been to the one in Epcot but I have a feeling their chicken and shrimp is at least double that price.

manda, splashing out means spending lots of money, like splashing the cash

isn't golden corral like $10.99 for dinner (without a drink)? not bad considering it's all you can eat AND they have steak :D

I never went to chilli's..But to be honest, pretty much everywhere around orlando does castmember discount! Gotta say, I'm a big fan of cici's..Its a three course meal for $6! (Soup, Pasta/Pizza, then desert!)

Matt, you'll be pleased to no that you also get discount at golden coral! I think its like 10%, so when tax goes on, it works out that you save about $1-$2..But its still good even at that price, there's such a variety..I quite prefer the lunch time though to be honest..As you still get a massive variety and its only like $7 or something...

I agree with you JP, at these sort of prices to eat out, i probably won't be cooking much although i think we should all have a massive sunday roast at one of the appartments

Yeah, definitely..American's are no good at sunday roasts! The only thing that comes close is thanks giving! And even that is way off the mark!
